Hi, Was by Dr. Banh yesterday for one of Hunter's progress checks. I would have to say, we are thrilled with Dr. Banh. Hunter's progress is doing great and progressing right on schedule.. The staff are AMAZING. They don't seem to mind that Hunter and I always seem to wonder in 15 or 20 minutes before his appointment. They never get upset, they just call him in and get to work. Follow up appointments are scheduled after each session and I have never had a problem getting an appointment time that I requested. The prices were reasonable and the service top notch. The office is nice and in a location easy to get to. Dr. Banh is a great Ortodontist and we would reccomend him to anyone! read more

He monitored her, at no cost, until she was eligible for braces. Once Dr. Banh installed the braces, he was very patient with my grandaughter, who could be uncooperative in the dental chair, even when she would remove her wires on more then one occasion. I first came into Dr. Banh's office over a year ago for my kids check ups and decided to have one for me also since I had braces back as a teen, and could tell my teeth needed some help....long story short I was the only one who ended up needing bracesand I have to say is been a lot easier than I remember the first time!! Well I have to share a story when we brought our 16 year old for his braces somehow I was on the chair getting a consultation as a new patient! Dr. Bahn is an amazing orthodontist who provides his patients with exceptional care. He did my braces, my brother's and after seeing our results, my mom even got braces! I got my braces off going on 7 years, and to this day am still LOVING the results. I recently went back to get a permanent retainer (personal preference) and Dr. Bahn again took great care of me. I was extremely disappointed today with the service I received from this office. I had a 4:15 appointment and arrived on time. Since there were a few patients waiting there already I assumed they were running a little late. After waiting around for half an hour I noticed they had started calling in patients that clearly had come in after we had so I inquired about when we were going to get called in. The secretary was surprised we were still waiting around and said she would check. A couple of minutes later she came back and said we were next, that they'd made a mistake and had "checked my son out" by accident. We waited around a few more minutes and my son was called in. I was naive to think that they would correct their mistake and put my son ahead of the other patients since it was clearly our turn. As we sat there for another thirty minutes we had to endure the torture of watching everyone who had come in after us get worked on and leave in a timely manner. I believe the office could have handled this differently. They should have corrected their mistake right away. My son's procedure only takes 5, 10 minutes tops. Why they thought it was ok to make us sit there and wait a whole hour is beyond me. I think the office personnel could have AND should have handled this in a professional manner. The only person who apologized for the error was the secretary and it was obviously not her fault. I thought this office had higher standards and was better than most but after today I have my doubts. It's a shame that this is only our 3rd visit and I've had to experience this kind of service. read more
