I have been going for over a decade with really good service all around-I learned Dr. Davis had sold his practice to another dentist (Dr. Chung) this year! I went in with an urgent matter, and was seen by the new dentist, Dr. Chung. I was in severe pain, and after rejecting costly dental work that could not be conducted that day, and the great pain I was dealing with, I choose to have the tooth pulled. Unfortunately, the new doctor pulled my tooth, and he pulled the wrong tooth. After driving off, I immediately encountered the worst pain imaginable. Dr. Chung pulled the wrong tooth. My wife had to contact Dr. Chung, as no pain or antibiotics were prescribed. He made excuses over the phone & was no help! I returned a few days later to the office, extremely sick & in horrible pain, and weak from all the pain meds I was taking, including an infection in my mouth-I advised Dr. Chung that I believed he pulled the wrong tooth-he ignored me & my questions, and advised I see the specialist-He then charged me for X-rays of one tooth that he himself & his staff couldn't figure out how to take, after multiple try's. I had already taken X-rays on my prior visit- I was upset & angry, but in no position to argue!. Dr. Chung again advised me to see a specialist. I also had an infection in my mouth, and I had to ask him for antibiotics & pain meds-he refused me the pain meds, but did agree to the antibiotics. Wow! I basically had to beg for medication. Dr. Chung said he would contact the specialist & send over my X-rays. I made the new appointment with the specialist, and the receptionist & new Doctor, who were amazing, stated that Dr. Davis's office never sent referral nor my medical records to their office regarding my care. Dr. Chung told my concerned wife he would call her back-he never did. I have never experience pain like I was encountering nor a doctor who just didn't care and provided such inadequate work with zero bedside matter, and could care less of the pain I was dealing with, and made 1000% worst under his care. I was ignored. Dr. Chung was unwilling to address my concerns. After refusing further service from Dr. Chung & complaining about my experience, Susie from the office messaged me, and apologizing for my experience stating the office prides itself on communicating with patients and taking care of them-Well that didn't happen. She stated She would let Dr. Chung know of my concerns-that was three weeks ago, and I've heard nothing from Dr. Chungs office-No apology-No refund for the reckless dentistry and the extreme pain I was put through due to his negligence. I would never recommend Dr. Chung to anyone, including my worst enemy. What's even worst is that I've been a patient with Dr. Davis for close15+ years and to be treated like this is truly disgusting. Don't go there! Seek help elsewhere. read more

Dr. Chung took over this practice from Dr. Davis. I am a very anxious dental patient and was quite concerned about having to see a new dentist. However, I found him to be caring, gentle, and very conservative in his recommendations for my care. I had an unusual circumstance regarding a crown that was deteriorating and he recommended me to a very skilled endodontist.. Unfortunately, during the procedure, the crown crumbled and I immediately ran over to Dr. Chung, whose staff greeted me in a sensitive manner and arranged for quick treatment to get impressions for a temporary fix. Tamara, one of the hygienists has been the person I have seen for years at a previous practice and now this one. She assured me that I would be happy with this place and she was not wrong. The entire staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Davis has invested in technology that helps him perform a high level of quality care, and yet he does not try to "sell" you on a procedure. I wish I had found this dentist years ago. Not only are his prices reasonable, which is a rarity in this day and age, but his skill level is unmatched. The first time I saw him, I was shocked he did a filling in 20 minutes, without giving me any pain or discomfort! Why does every other dentist charge you more and torture you for an hour????? Horrible practice. The office was outdated, creepy and unkept. Boxes were stored in the patient service room. The worst part and reason I would not recommend this place is because they are unethical in their practice. I came as a new patient expecting a routine exam and standard x-rays. I was told they could only do the 3D scan and that they don't do traditional x-rays. Against my resistance they insisted on doing the 3D x-rays otherwise I could not be seen so I had the 3D scan and then they turned around and did the traditional x-rays anyway and underhandedly snuck in a third set of X-rays with some kind of wand. I thought I was through and then the assistant came in with the dentist who used the wand and communicated with her while her back was to me and she entered something in the laptop which I learned later were more x-rays. That's 3 sets of xrays at one time. My endodontist could not understand why a general dentist would use the 3D X-ray scan which is generally used by dental specialist like endodontist or periodontics and the like. They were just money hungry to bill the insurance company and unethical and I would not recommend them. read more
