I went on June 7, 2025, and they had moved their location to a much bigger area. It's located at the Equestrian Center, and their store would be on the left. After you pay inside, you drive your car to the back lot on the right, which offers ample space for parking, and the worker will load items into your car. I've been coming here since 2021. I used to go to TriKee Tack, but I decided to try this place because they gave me a racist vibe as a person of color. This place is refreshingly different; the wonderful workers are always happy to answer questions without being condescending. They have lots of great items here and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized and clean. My boyfriend and I came in yesterday for hay for our guinea pigs and we had a great experience! The shop was very clean and everyone was so friendly and welcoming! They let us look at the bales of hay before we purchased, which was very kind. They offer bagging the bales which is awesome, since most places don't. We will definitely be back! read more

I got an expired bag of young rabbit food here. The worker who helped me mentioned the bag was smelly and dirty and tried to get me a different one but could not find anymore. She ended up wiping the dirt off the bag and when it was handed to me, I did not think to check the expiration date. A week later when I opened it and noticed the foul smell, I checked the date and it was expired 2 months ago. Everyone was very nice the first time I was there and also very gracious the second time I stopped by to get a replacement. Great Deal on Wild Bird Food! We picked up a 25lb. While we were there browsed the merch. Well stocked and interesting items with nice presentation. Love the way they have the pet food stored on the metal rack with trash cans on their sides. (see pic) I almost left with a large chunk of pink Himalayan salt. A fraction of the cost from the new age stores and beautiful... they are for the horses and prices accordingly! Also some really clever cards and gift items! I've been shopping at DaMoor's for years and have always forgotten to write a yelp review but I received such great customer service last night from Bree, I knew I had to! I do not own horses but have a 100 pound Sulcata tortoise and I use Timothy Hay for his bedding in his heated hut. As a bonus, he loves to eat it too! Yesterday Squirt the tortoise must have been very hungry because I noticed at 4:45PM that he had eaten a lot of his bedding and of course, I was out of hay. Panicked because it was going to be such a cold and rainy night I jumped in my car and called DaMoor's knowing they were going to close at 5. Bree was so kind and took my small order for a flake over the phone and said even if I got there after 5 it was OK and would be by the door. Their hay is so dusty that it makes my rabbit sneeze uncontrollably. Not to mention that there are bugs in their hay. I understand that this can happen, but there are just too many bugs and I've bought from Trikee Tack (which is just a few blocks away) and I haven't had this issue, so it tells me something about their quality control. Further, their customer service is lacking. I walked in, three employees at the counter, no greeting (which is fine), but they could at least acknowledge a customer's presence and let them know that they'll be with them in a few minutes. Instead they just ignore their customers until they feel ready to assist. Lastly, they're not friendly and asking them any questions seems like burden on to them. They just want to charge you as fast as possible and get you out the door. Will not be returning. There are plenty of feed stores around the area. read more

When my daughter wanted to learn equestrian riding last summer, I was a bit overwhelmed I must admit. I knew nothing about the world of horses and equestrian riding. Frankly it was intimidating and I had no one to turn to for advice. Being Asian American I did not grow up with or around horses. Just saw them on the tv and that was fine with me. Been going here for years since the late 80's Watched it pass different owners hands. Still has the same feel. Good Service. But I recently a few months ago. Found trik track formerly Stephen's Feed. I've been riding at the Bar S stables or Red Barn whatever its called and never even knew it was there. All I get is pelleted bedding and it's cheaper. Not much a Variety of Tack but I imagine the Hay is a bit cheaper. Doesnt make much difference if I buy a few bags. But when I get 800 or more lbs it's a few bucks savings. Otherwise wouldve been five stars for DaMoors. read more

Yearly sales are always a treat since you can never have too much horse tack. The staff provides excellent customer service. Delivery is the best way to go with your feed and shavings. I'm editing my previous less than stellar review. While I was less than thrilled with my warranty experience, they do provide my monthly supplements, etc. and that has always been perfect, for years, and they can always get what I need and are always there to ask questions. For normal things, they can be really really great. My one bad experience makes me cranky still, but I can't continue to drag down their rating when it seems to me the majority of their business is regular, repeat things that they do so well with. ---- It makes me very sad to have downgrade a review that was so important to me. I still love the product at Damoor's, but after this most recent experience I just can't let that previous review ride. To make a long story short, while the product you purchase here may have a great manufacturer's warranty, Damoor's will not stand behind it. 3 years ago, I purchased a pair of Ariat Challenge Zip Field Boots, size 6.5, XW Calf in a regular height. After about a year and a half and maybe 10 times of wearing them (these boots are for horse shows only, and I wasn't able to show as much as I had hoped!) I noticed a split in the leather just above the stitching on the right toe cap. After showing this to several knowledgeable people, I discovered that this is a manufacturer's defect either caused by weak leather or too-tight stitching in the factory. I informed Damoor's, and asked what the warranty policy was for Ariat. They said it was pretty loose, but since the boots were over 3 years old I would have to deal directly with Ariat. So I did - I called Ariat, who paid for me to ship my boots to their authorized warranty repair service in San Diego. The warranty company, NuShoe, declared the boots defective and irreparable, and had Ariat send out a new pair of boots. The problem was that my calf has shrunk 1 1/2 inches in the past 3 years, so these boots no longer fit me. I called Ariat to see if it would be possible to get a different size and/or to upgrade to a nicer model. They agreed to issue vendor credit to Damoor's, the vendor from which I purchased them. So I took the new (replacement) boots back to Damoor's. They called Ariat to verify, took my boots, shipped them back to Ariat, and ordered the new upgraded pair. That pair of boots came today. When they called to say the boots were in, they also informed me that they would only be giving me credit for the WHOLESALE price of the boots, not what I had paid for them - about $380.00. Damoor's decided that it would credit me the money that Ariat credited them, but that they were going to keep the profits I had paid them three years ago AND charge me full price for the new pair of boots ($900). Maybe it is just me, but if the manufacturer agrees that a product is defective, and gives the ok for a vendor credit, and you are an authorized dealer for that product, aren't you either obligated to give the customer full credit, be clear that you are not giving full credit BEFORE you take their boots and ship them away, or at least charge them a restocking fee that isn't nearly 60%? My problem is not with the fact that I wasn't able to get a different size and/or upgrade - I fully realize that Ariat did all they were required to do and replaced my defective product with the exact same product. My problem is that when I asked about an upgrade/size change, I was told "sure, no problem" by manufacturer and vendor, and then suffered a bait and switch at the end, leaving me with no boots at all for a time! Ariat is sending me the original boots back. All of this could have been solved if 1) I had not been so trusting and 2) Damoor's had been clear about their original intent. Therefore I am downgrading this review due to customer service and what I see as an unfair business practice. There are other store owners that would have dealt with this in a much more professional manner, and they will be getting my considerable business from here on out. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff, and competitive prices! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and offered tips on how to keep the hay that I purchased fresh for as long as possible. I needed kiln-dried pine shavings and they said even though they were fairly sure all of the shavings were processed that way, one particular brand says it right on the package so it'd be safest to go with that.
