From the peaceful scenery, to the structured classes and organized setting, TES is a gem in Los Angeles. My 3 sons enjoy their time at TES. The instructors are highly trained and knowledgeable, keeping safety as a priority. One notable exception to TES (and what sets the school apart) is their inclusive approach with STAR Horses. Stat Horses is a program that allows neurodivergent students to access lessons and be in the presence of such a magical creatures-horses! I have had great experiences so far at TES. The online booking is very convenient. The barn staff are friendly. It is in a beautiful location surrounded by mountains. The horses look happy and healthy and well cared for. Tori is very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I like that the barn emphasizes safety for the riders and the wellbeing of their horses. I also love that they acknowledge the diversity of riders - from those interested in showing to those who ride as a hobby to those who just want to take a lesson or two. Summer Camp is far from ready for prime time. While this school is located in the beautiful Los Angeles Equestrian Center and there are quite a few horses I have seen and received enough information from my daughter who attended a 5 day summer camp in July of 2023 to never return. Issues I'll warn you of that I either saw or got reports of from my daughter: - Lack of communication about daily program other than a single email about needs for the week. - Seemingly ragtag group of uncoordinated volunteers - Lack of any individual learning about horse riding - Use of all Western style saddles when English or Western was an option on signup forms. - Overcrowding of students and horses - Camp our week was 30-40 kids. Even batching them into 3 groups for riding rotations was a lot. - Insufficient amount of instructors for children on horseback. Given the power and danger of horses to new riders this should be closer to 1:1 but instead there was only a few instructors per group. - Finally this camp is NOT for repeat uses in camp as during the summer the exact same program including a MOVIE day on the final day is the exact same Mon-Fri every single week so it can get very repetitive very fast. - There was also no official TES reps available at drop off or pickup (aftercare time) in the office to ask questions or talk to - just the camp counselors. Even called a few times during the day and never got anyone. Emails went unanswered as well. I wanted this to work and was so excited to see what a great location it was but everything I saw and heard about just doesn't justify the cost and time. - No follow-through on special requests (like additional after camp lessons - though this is something they promote and offer even when requesting months in advance) - read more

However when riding at dusk during winter time due to time change the place is dark, the arena is dark. There are a couple of lights but it does not light up the area where the kids ride the horses. I have an eager five year old child who loves horses.... so, in five weeks he has become confident and motivated to learn more. Kelly was awesome and the rest of the staff has been so encouraging. We met the owner and she has been so sweet and encouraging that my son is excited to do the challenge she had suggested for him to take... try 12 different horses and your name is on rbe plaque. My adventurous child has never turned down a challenge and at five, I see this kid going places. I started riding a little over a year and a half ago. It's something I'd wanted to do since I was a kid, and just happened to pass the LAEC campus on my way back from a lunch. TES had an online booking form and the rest was history! I love the campus and the horses and I take classes basically only with Joy unless she's out of town and it's genuinely changed my life! She's a great instructor--really safety conscious, focused on the details, relentless in making sure you're riding safe and correctly. She's the instructor I recommend to friends who want to start riding and they all have the same reaction to her--she's a brilliant instructor who really invests in her students' skill and well being. Love TES, the horses are calm (no spooking) and very well trained and the lessons are fun. I like how the trainers assess your skill level before letting you participate in a group lesson, as other places I've been kind of throw you in the deep end. I've been very happy riding here the last 6 months. I particularly like that you can book lessons online. Do I wish the private lessons were either longer (45 mins instead of 30) or at a lower cost? Sure, but I know it's not cheap to keep school horses fed and well and in a big stable/property in a place like Los Angeles. Wow. I had an incredible time and learning experience at TES today! I wasn't able to take part in the 10% off first time lesson... But that's okay, I guess I saw it too late in the game. Lindsay herself gets 5 stars *****! She was an absolutely fantastic instructor, she knows her stuff, is incredibly helpful, and is so kind, with a firm handshake to boot! I got the honor to ride Cheyenne, a gentle giant, who's calmness you can feel and see in his eyes. On the way to the track, I got to walk him and I was automatically at ease. It was the first time since the age of 10 that I was riding a horse, never was taught the English way, always rode Western. But your body changes from 10 years old to 20 something... Man I had forgotten how much of a core and leg workout this was. Riding takes lots of time, patience, and strength. Lindsay and Cheyenne have all of the above, and I am so thankful to have been paired with them. The ladies in the office were also very kind and helpful, grabbing boots for me and talking me through the process. I look forward to my next lesson! I am so glad I decided to go with this training school to get back on the saddle and reignite my hobby and love for horses. I will definitely be referring friends here! read more

This is a review for the Summer Camp only. I completely agree with the review from 7/11/23. My son went here in the summer of 2024. I have a child who loves all the camps he's ever gone to, and is incredibly social. And yet every day during the week for this particular camp he woke up and asked not to go back. The Horse Camp program is boring and repetitive with very little horseback riding. The counselors, while not mean, are cold and don't have any real touch when dealing with kids. It's a very high-priced camp and the kids don't get anything close to their money's worth. I found them sitting around in a cramped "classroom" doing coloring and remedial arts and crafts b/c it was so hot outside. While I appreciated that they brought them in from the unrelenting summer heat, I was shocked to learn they didn't really have any plan for them throughout the day when the heat was too much (this is LA and they have to know in summertime you can't always be outdoors in the full sun). Hence a lot of sitting around coloring and what not. My son was excited to try this camp and learn about horses and ride them, but that part was only about 2 hours out of a 6-hour day. The counselors didn't seem to know how to really work or deal with kids and were virtually non-responsive when we tried to address some of the problems my son was having. When my son complained of a stomachache on his first day, one of the counsellors took it upon herself to administer medicine to him without my knowledge or consent. She told me this when I picked him up. She even said, "I thought about calling you but decided since his stomach hurt I would just give him this medication" (which turned out to be a medication our pediatrician advised our son not take). This is an obvious no-no, but it gives you an idea how clueless and unprofessional these counselors are. This "camp" seems haphazardly put together, without an actual curriculum, and without people who know how to occupy kids all day in a satisfying and fun way. Look elsewhere for your kids camp needs. read more

TES is like a second home. I've been riding here for about 5 years. As a child I'd ridden weekly at Pickwick, before LAEC existed, but hadn't ridden in years. I thought that part of my life was over. A (then) new friend invited me to visit. I signed up for an eval lesson. Ah, how I'd missed riding. Ok. 1 lesson a week. Then 2, then 3. I enjoyed the lessons, the instructors, the horses, the smell, the exercize, the community, the feeling of being apart from the bustle of city life though actually hidden within it (at LAEC in Griffith Park, LA bordering Burbank). It was restorative. The stresses of the most difficult days evaporated. I've never been happier. I've mainly trained with Carol, who is a superb instructor, and under her guidance placed 2nd in an accredited dressage competition at training level. Over the years I've experienced other of TES's trainers and have always appreciated getting a new perspective. It's been a wonderful, life changing experience to have had TES in my life. If anyone were to ever ask me what the highlight of my week is, any given week, it is without a doubt, the riding lessons I take at TES. I've absolutely loved every lesson I've taken, and feel like I'm truly progressing in my horsemanship and how comfortable and confident I feel riding. Everyone who I've met here is incredibly kind and helpful, from the staff to other boarders. They offer tack classes so you can learn how to tack your horse and have been so patient with me throughout the process. My riding has improved so much in my time here, and I'm excited to continue. If you are new to riding, and thinking about taking lessons, have a kid who is interested in riding, or if you're more experienced and looking for a new stable, I most definitely recommend coming here. read more

I echo what other parents have reported about the 5-day Camp. Wish I would have seen the reviews earlier but sounds like we are all experiencing it at the same time. Super disappointing considering we have taken lessons there and were SO excited about this. Here are some things that stood out: 1. With the exception of an email that describes what to bring, there is no daily agenda/schedule communicated and slow response to questions/requests. 2. They are severely understaffed and ill-equipped to accomodate the 30ish kids that were registered including 5-10 littles one (my daughter is 6yo). As one parent pointed out, it is high risk to not have at least a 2:1 ratio especially for the younger who have not ever been on a horse. My daughter expressed to me how she wished there was someone walking with her and her horse because it was an hour and she felt nervous. I asked if she asked for that and she said did but they just looked at her and didn't say anything. When I asked her coach if they'd be able to check in on her, she said all the kids were complaining about that but her boss wasn't doing anything. When asked about how they were doing with the heat, the coach mentioned that there were fans somewhere but they were not being brought out for reasons unknown. BTW, the coaches appear very young and seem nice enough, but again, not equipped to be managing 30 kids to no fault of their own. They do not seem to be getting the support they need. 3. Horrible attitude when bringing up issues - When I visited office and asked about having more walkers with the little ones , she said they just don't have the staff and, essentially, it is what it is. So apathetic. I also asked if pictures or updates/recaps - any type of communication - would be possible, but again the response was "yea we don't have time for that". I think maybe for 1:1 lessons, it's fine, but again, the camp is not ready. We found this via my daughter's school postings, but will be recommending that this is removed. If you are charging a premium price for your camp, you are going to have to deliver to those expectations. Not worth $685/wk with a movie/pizza day on Friday. read more

Traditional Equitation School has a great program for beginners. They have several winter and summer camp sessions just in time for school breaks. When i say they're great for beginners, i mean bona-fide beginners like me who don't know the difference between english, western, trail or otherwise. In short, i won't be able to tell you if they're the best. I can tell you with full confidence that it's a great start for newbies. We booked this place for a photoshoot and they made it extremely easy during the process of booking. The day of the photoshoot, we spoke to Tori who was extremely helpful and accomodating. Then she introduced us to one of the instructors Celest who was very helpful and went out of her way to make our experience the best. They even let us choose our horse. Which we instantly fell in love with Montana! During the photoshoot Montana (the horse) was just sensational! He's not only an athlete, he's also a model. EDIT: I just got off the phone with the owner. It's been almost two weeks and despite me having spoken to two other people and all the people who were there when it happened, this was the first she'd heard of it. She was kind and promised to make changes, but communication and process are important in this setting involving children and animals. My review remained unchanged. This is not where I wanted to end up with TES, but here we are. I'll get to the heart of it: My 6 year old was mildly injured by a horse. I dont blame the animal - shit happens, he was eating and he maybe thought she was too close. Totally fine. It would be foolish of me to not think that getting injured in some way (be it a bite or a fall or a push) wasn't inevitable. The problem is the staff - or their version of a staff, since no one is actually employed by TES apparently.. they are all just private instructors. From day one, you are largely on your own with the animals. You get a mandatory class on tacking, or prepping the animal (putting on the saddle, the bridle, cleaning it's hooves, etc...) but from then on you're expected to do it yourself. The instructors were always okay with mistakes I made when tacking, but what should have been my first red flag was that every lesson, with every new horse, I was told that I could come to them for help if I needed, but they are short staffed. Every. Single. Time. Without anyone there, even the first time, it's difficult to find the right time to engage staff. Do I walk away from the horse? Is it okay to leave this stuff here? There's just stuff you can't be sure of, and the staff is difficult to find amongst the boarders, students and general workers all roaming around. But all of this isn't terrible - until something bad happens. I'm in the stall tacking a horse with my daughter. She is too small to do any of the work herself, but I was encouraged to make her as much a part of the process as I can. She was behind the horse, which is dangerous, so I asked her to move around to the head. I watched her walk over, to make sure she went where I asked. Once she got near the head of the horse, he turned, bit down on her stomach and tossed her into the stall door. I figure he probably thought she was too close to his food and went to nip and nudge her - but him being so big and her so small, it was much more dramatic than that. The impact of the door knocked her tooth almost completely out (thank god she had a helmet on) and her stomach was cut from his teeth. There was a woman in a golf cart eating a sandwich next to our stall. I assume she worked there since she had a vehicle she was carting around the property freely, but who knows. She looked up from her sandwich when it happened and just as quickly resumed eating her sandwich. I took my bleeding child to the front to tell them what happened, and the girl behind the counter just said, "Okay, we'll comp your lesson." There happened to be a maybe 10 or 11-year-old girl there who offered to get us a towel for her bleeding mouth - so far the most help we were offered. Since no one was trying to assist us, I sent my husband over to make sure I locked the horse's stall, when a woman walked by and heard me consoling my kid. She stopped to make sure we were okay and said she would go make sure the saddle and stuff were put away. Did she work there? I don't know. After no follow-up (no one called to see if she was okay - which I'd hoped for after the abysmal experience), I called the school to reschedule our next lesson about 4 days later (aka cancel, but at that point I didn't want to. I thought it was important to get her back on a horse so she wasn't afraid.) I asked to speak with a manager - and this is where TES lost me. The manager had not heard of the incident. Look, again, I don't blame the animal per se, but does TES not have a system of documentation with the animals? Was this the first time he'd bit someone or the fifth? Why didn't anyone know? Long story short, I called again today for a refund after no one followed up after my last managerial call and this new manager I talked to hadn't heard anything either. So here is where I stand: your kid getting hurt is the worst case scenario when you send them to any class. You trust and hope that the staff will provide assistance as needed. It's not about them being legally liable, but human. If someone had even made eye contact with us the day of, I would be happier. But the blase attitude of the staff is dangerous to me. I was lucky I was right next to my daughter when it happened, but what if something happened during a lesson where she's 100 feet away from me? Does the staff just stand there? Keep eating their sandwiches? I need to be able to trust them to be capable of helping in the worst case, and I cannot trust TES to do that after what I've experienced. read more

My daughter is homeschooled through a charter school and we were using our funds for lessons with Abi. My daughter was thrilled about horses, but not doing well with her lessons. Specifically, I remember Alaska (white horse) pulling on the reigns and my daughter not being able to control the horse. We always seemed to be assigned horses (Alaska and one other) who had to be tacked in their stall because they either didn't get along with other horses or were 'amorous' around other horses. Alaska would move his rear end toward me and sideways kick. The office manager said it was because he knew I was afraid or 'not in charge'. That makes sense. But I was always nervous around these two horses and so was my daughter. After a few months of lessons (only once a week for 30 minutes each lesson), I asked the instructor if the horse was a bad match for my daughter because she couldn't keep the reigns under control. The instructor said it had nothing to do with the horse, but was my daughter's fault. Ok. So after a few months of lessons, we stopped after I finally felt uncomfortable enough that it was not a good fit for my daughter (8yo beginner). The instructor also consistently was looking at her cell phone at the beginning of each lesson while walking my daughter to the lesson area. For a 30 minute lesson, the instructor should not be on her phone at all. Set a timer for the end of the lesson, but stay off your cell phone. That's my feedback for all instructors. Especially for a 30 minute lesson. Tori offered us lessons with another instructor, but we didn't want to go back. So we lost the last 2 lessons our charter school paid for. But that was ok with me. For a beginner, it wasn't a great experience for us. read more

I take lessons here when I can; I work with a bit of a physical disability... and I would not go elsewhere. I grew up on horseback, so when I came back to ride, especially with my injuries, it was with more than a little trepidation, but every time, TES totally delivers. All of the instructors are excellent - I really love Abi and Christina - so you will find your perfect match. Andrea and Joy make the office a... shall I say it?... joyful experience, and of course, there is little Fred, the TES mini mascot. I've been riding in LA for four years. I gave this place a shot because they had night lessons. Contrary to what other reviewers have said, this place is NOT good for beginners. Beginners should be learning proper riding technique from day one, because that will keep you safe on the horse. I didn't see any of that being taught at TES. My "lesson" was a waste of time. The horse I was on barely moved. After repeatedly squeezing, then kicking, and then border-line violently kicking my horse (it got to the point where I was uncomfortable with the amount of force I was using), the instructor ended my lesson because the horse wasn't cooperating. Literally, he wasn't moving faster than a slow walk. Like I said, waste. of. time. Luckily they gave me a refund when I asked. read more

I have always wanted to ride horses but when I was younger, I was horribly allergic to horses. Couldn't get near them. Then I turned 50 and said, "Screw it, I'm going to learn how to ride horses!" Went to LAEC and found Traditional Equitation School. Amazingly enough, I wasn't allergic anymore and started riding. That was seven (7) years ago and I have never been happier! I remain with my first instructor, but have had lessons with each of the TES instructors. Knowledgeable, graceful, encouraging, they teach ALL riders (women, men, children, those who need extra guidance) to confidently move forward with the thrill of being able "to ride," with strength and confidence. TES provides a showcase of riders during their School Horse Shows. I am proud to say I have won blue, red and even yellow ribbons and they all sit happily on my little trophy shelf in my office. I have never been prouder of my accomplishments and this is due to the TES staff, riding instructors and their amazing horses. Be forewarned: You WILL get attached to all of these beauties and all they ask for is love, guidance from you and the care and tutelage under your experienced and wonderful instructor(s). Worst experience ever for a 11 year old first rider. My daughter was so excited to try it! I had the Groupons expired but the credit towards classes (per their own choice!) My kid is very sensitive. She was yelling all the time using a mask (for her medical reason). My kid could not listen and she was not kind at all! She also told my kid (first time rider ever) that with her speed she should ride a pony! My kid is traumatized to the point she don't want to try any other place. I have a credit there and I can't refer any to the place and of course was a Groupon. Front desk was kind at the time but today basically told me that was a "favor" accept my Groupon credit! Teacher was rude towards my kid. I'm sure she is knowledgeable but should never teach first time ones! read more

One of our kids fell from the back of a big horse, got hurt. But the instructors kept assigning him the big horse. His legs are not even long enough to do posting on that horse! I don't understand! What are the exact rules and standards for assigning the horses and the TAs to the campers?! One of our kids was assigned a horse but 10 seconds later the instructor told her that she had to be with another horse. She can at least control the horse when the horse is just walking but the TA just held the lead rope all the time and didn't help her to get progress at all. All the other campers got the chance to do it more independently but she didn't! Whenever I asked about the reasons behind this, the TA just said that she could do it by herself. But the thing is that she didn't get a chance at all. And the TA was very impolite to her once. read more

I really wanted to like this place, but I was extremely unhappy about the experience and ride at this place. I will not be returning.

I started riding as a college student in Northern California, so when I moved to Los Angeles I had only been riding for about a year. This was one of the only places I could find that had a lesson program with lesson horses where you didn't have to lease and could be pretty flexible with scheduling (night rides, etc). I liked the fact that it was in the LAEC since it was close to my apartment. TES was great for making me a tough rider, ready to ride anything an cope with whatever that horse might throw at me. Good for beginners just doing walk / trot / canter work or dressage, but when students start jumping things get scary. I saw a lot of crashes while I was there, and while some of the instructors are quite good and know their theory, most of them are instructors and not necessarily horse trainers. Overall, most of these horses are saints. Even saints have their limits, however, and that shows in some of the jumping lessons when a horse gets hit in the mouth by the bit one to many times and either shuts down or becomes unmanageable. Great for flat lessons or dressage...once you progress past that, it is probably time to move to a barn with trainers and horses that you can lease. The horses are generally well cared for, but it is not top of the line. I had a bad fall when a horse tripped while we were jumping from catching his toe, due to being several weeks overdue for a trim. Also, saddles are provided, but those saddles don't always fit the horses so I saw a lot of saddle sores and rubs from ill fitting saddles. It has been almost two years since I have ridden there, and I think they have since changed their location, so if things have changed since I was there these things may not all apply. $100 per one hour private lesson seems steep to me, even if they are supplying the horse. My horse is in full training and I think mine end up being about $50 a lesson...of course I own my horse but it seems like an extra $50 for every lesson is a lot to pay for someone to supply the horse. Of course with the bad comes the good...flexibility, you don't have to worry about vet bills or farrier bills or supplements/meds, and you can show up or not and it doesn't matter. I will say that if it wasn't for TES, I wouldn't have gone down the strange road that I did and ended up at the most wonderful hunter barn ever, and I probably wouldn't have my fabulous horse Max! read more

I started riding here in the 1990's and finally came back again last year. There are cheaper places than here and less pretentious people, but I have a sense of devotion to this place since I rode here as a kid. The horses are well cared for and the staff are so nice. Some horses have developed some bad vices, but the majority are sweet and great teachers. My fave instructor is David. He's knowledgeable and adorable. He doesn't teach jumping...dressage is his thing. There may be cheaper places, but TES holds a special place in my heart. Plus the school horses are named after U.S. states...so cute! I rode on Washington on Wednesday and fell off. I'm just a little bruised, but he's still my fave horse. Group lessons are one hour long and about $50. My 5 yr old daughter has been taking lesson from TES instructors since May of this yr. and she just love this school. The instructors are very nice and horses are very clean. They also have a horse summer camp but my daughter was too young to participate. I defiantly recommend this place for young riders. read more

Our daughter started riding at a private riding facility, where the owner/teacher - nice as she was - was not really focused on formally developing the student's capabilities as a rider. It was more about "let's have some fun for 20 minutes or so". That was all well and good for the first few lessons, but eventually we needed to look for a school that could provide the sort of equestrian education that would actually improve our daughter's skills, so she might progress! After considerable research, we visited the Los Angeles Equestrian Center, and toured their only approved riding school: The Traditional Equitation School. The staff were charming, and the owners are obviously dedicated to providing a family atmosphere environment for all ages. The system is very efficient, even considering the occasional scheduling mix-up, especially when you consider that the school manages thousands of lessons per year. It empowers students to learn how to care for their horses right from the get-go. and accommodates even the fussiest rider (fast tack service, a range of class options from private to group and everything in between, a variety of styles of instruction from beginner thru jumping to dressage and eventing...). I'm sure I'll have my quibbles here and there, but for now we look forward to watching our daughter grow as a rider and as a person, under the caring instruction of talented teachers such as Abi Estrin and Isadora. read more

I've been taking riding lessons here for about 2.5 years here at TES. Before, I had ridden at several places around Los Angeles, Burbank, and Los Feliz. I chose TES and have been happy with the decision ever since. I'm adult amateur who just started riding consistently about 3 years ago. TES has been critical in my development as I try to explore and learn more about equestrianism and good horsemanship. First, I have to compliment the selection of horses and tack available at TES. They seem to have appropriate horses and equipment for any and all riders. It's been incredibly helpful to have the experience to ride several different breeds and types of horses. Other places that I've taken lessons have operated with a small (sometimes just 1) selection of horses available to students, which can be limiting at times. All the horses seem to be in great health and very happy. Second, I have to compliment the administrative staff and instructors. Everyone I've encountered at TES has been exceptionally professional and qualified. If there's a need to reschedule a lesson, everyone is very accommodating. On the few occasions I couldn't reschedule with my regular instructor, there were several other options presented to me that were all very qualified and proficient. Other places I've ridden, I've had trouble with teachers being late or unavailable if I needed to change a lesson time. With work being a crazy schedule sometimes, it's nice to know that TES can help out and be flexible. Also, TES offers private, semi-private, and group lessons. A rider can learn English, Western, jumping, dressage, or just pleasure. There is also a great horsemanship class offered occasionally as well the summer camp for kids. Recently, I've participated in the school's competition/shows, which are a fun way to gauge one's improvement in a very supportive environment. It's great to be able to progress from one level to another, one horse to another, etc. all in one place. read more

I take English riding lessons here and really like it. Prices are very reasonable, the schedule is great and you don't have to commit to a certain day and time each week. You can just go to whatever class is available at your riding level. Teachers are fun, horses are sweet. Just wish they offered more fun rides, like trail rides for students. read more

Traditional Equitation School has been the perfect way for me to get into horseback riding as an adult. There is a diverse staff of instructors, who teach all disciplines of riding so you have the option to start very simple then pursue riding at your own pace. I eventually worked into Dressage and now I am toying with the idea of Jumping. I am very goal oriented so my instructors have been great at constructive feedback to help my riding grow and keep me challenged. The kids at the barn really seem to enjoy their lessons and camp too. The horses at TES are wonderful teachers too. There is a range to address your level of riding too. Horses like Oklahoma, Florida and Vermont, who are more patient and help beginning riders build trust and confidence, to ponies like Rhode Island and Texas who know the ropes of the Hunter/Jumper circuit and keep riders focused and determined. TES takes great care for the horses and makes sure they get everything they need from fans to baths to specialized therapies. You can tell when you walk through the barn the horses and ponies are well care for and happy. I love that TES is open until 9p on weeknights so I can ride when it is cooler during the Summer, plus it is easy to ride after work. The weekends are a great time to ride too. There are discount packages for riders who ride 4 or more times a month, plus you can lease one of the horses if you want to show or work on specific riding goals. I recommend riding at TES for anyone. Work and life has its challenges, so it is so wonderful to come to TES and get to spend time with the horses and take lessons. It really takes you away from your day's stress and silliness. Also, TES gives lessons to TV/movie stars preparing for a role. I love TES. I've been riding here for years. I returned to riding as an "older" adult, (having ridden as a child at a "Just don't fall off" level), and was very lucky to land at this school. I've ridden with several different instructors, in a couple of disciplines, over the years and I have found all of the staff to be knowledgeable, and friendly, and, very very patient. There is an emphasis on safety for both rider and horse, which I greatly appreciate. For several years now I have ridden dressage with a wonderful instructor (Carol) who has built both my skill and my confidence as a rider. This is a wonderful school for both the novice rider and the more experienced. The school horses are well cared-for and clearly loved. By all of us. Come see for yourself. read more
