We ordered burgers, and they were all really good. One bun seemed a little stale, but it didn't take away from the overall meal. The cheese curds were a standout: piping hot, crispy, and definitely worth ordering. The beef nachos, on the other hand, were a bit disappointing. They arrived cold and just didn't have the same wow factor as the rest of the food. My sweet potato fries were a little soggy, but I took the leftovers home and popped them in the air fryer the next day, and they turned out fantastic. Overall, I'd definitely go back. Surprisingly, everyone got a different meal and it was pretty good. The goetta was interesting as it was the first time I've had it before. This is an airport location. Time is not just money, it is literally whether or not you end up in Cleveland by accident. You need a minimum one hour and twenty minute layover to even consider ordering. Anything less and you are playing boarding pass roulette. They are that slow. At one point there was a person standing at the front counter staring thoughtfully at the ceiling tiles like they were studying architectural history, while the lone hero in the kitchen was trying to crank out orders for the entire airport. Equally impressive was the martini I had when somebody serves it to me in a glass that looks like it came out of my grandma's cabinet circa 1932. I'm impressed. Sea Bass was my order and they nailed it. Again, you have to remember you are in a lobby of a hotel so I give the Seabass five stars. Probably more impressive than the food was the service! I walked in and the bar was completely empty. I went to my room, took a shower and came back. The bar was packed and there's one bartender she was serving the entire bar and four tables with drink drinks AND food. Shout out to JENNIFER!! She's the amazing ringleader of a circus! Alone.
