Service was slow, but I'm going to contribute the slowness to Covid. The place simply was not fully staffed and it was busy. The server, who looked like she was doubling as bartender, was super nice. I felt bad for her. We tipped well. We had plenty of time and the drinks were fine, though ridiculously expensive. It's been well over a year since I've been in an airport; I forgot. Miss & I have stopped here in the past for drinks prior to boarding at our gate. Mind you, it was early in the morning, and not on a busy afternoon. That being said, y'all need to 'splain how specific the QR codes are in your establishment. Lunch and a $&#% show, no extra charge! Had lunch with my family. Food was pretty decent. Burger was good, Caesar salads were on the sparse side. As we were leaving, one of the servers started yelling at a guy for plugging in his laptop. No idea why this was even an issue. The guy apologized and tried to walk away, but this lunatic continued to rant about it. The guy quietly packed up to leave, but the server came up to the bar as he was paying and seemed to start it up again. I typically look for good food and a chill atmosphere. Wow! I couldn't believe that they make quite a good veggie burger here. I thought there's nothing for me to eat, but they serve a veggie burger, hooray! I think Tracy is the name of my waitress. She's friendly and professional, checked on me to see if I needed anything else. I had a veggie burger, fries, pineapple juice, and water. The veggie ingredients were awesome. I ordered on my iPhone, and they brought the food to me; and if you don't close the browser, you can also pay on your iPhone, but I closed the browser by accident, so Tracy printed the check for me. Idk why some people are expecting 5 star service at an airport restaurant but my experience was great! Stopped by for breakfast and it was the only spot my gluten-free cousin could enjoy a real meal. The breakfast eggs + tater tots were exactly what I expected and they even seasoned the eggs as an added bonus. Everything is ordered through the QR code on the table and I can see why some people had issues with the wifi/service. Our waiter was super quick and friendly. Tried to come and eat, only 1 bartender, who was apparently the server and order taker also. We sat down, tried to do the QR code for the menus, which is ridiculous, FYI Covid is over!! Decided to give this place a try as we had a layover here for about 1.5 hours. It was 6am local time (330am) back home, and we were just looking for some coffer and protein to get us to lunch. They weren't busy at all, I dont think too many people were at the airport at this ungodly hour as a matter of fact. They have a bar area, a large dining room area, and then a kitchen on the other side. Our waiter was nice. Fast and efficient too. Our food took about 10 min to come out. We ordered their italian sausage omelette with tater tots, steel cut oats as well as American meal, including 2 eggs and q choice of protein with tater tots. The tots were cooked to perfection. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Omelette was good. Cooked well. Lots of italian sausages inside. Overall, this is an airport restaurant. Its not a 5 star fancy restaurant in some bougie city. And people shouldn't be expecting that. It's to get you fed and on your way. I feel as though they accomplished that. Food was good. Solid food with good service and quick turnaround in the kitchen, but middle of the road for me. The bacon on the turkey sammy was crispy and thick and the (I think rosemary) on the fries was delicious. I wouldn't avoid it next time I'm at the airport, but would probably just stick to the food court. read more

This place in the Delta terminal. lt replaced the Wolfgang Puck cafe. I was on a 3 hour layover and hand an enjoyable breakfast. The servings are big. I was only able to finish half of my omelet. One lady got the croissant sandwich and she only ate half. The bartender was also really nice. His name was Alex and he did a great job of managing the bar and restaurant when it got busy. read more

You can only order through a QR code. That would be no problem except the internet is so slow in the location ( 1.2 mbps) the menu would not pull up, tried the CVG wifi and just as bad. Finally after long waits between screen reload got the order in. They have one server for 20 tables, and a basket of onion rings goes for $14. Took 20 minutes till the order went through so plan accordingly. Food did come about 7 min later after order was completed. read more

Pretty much what you expect from an airport restaurant. The menu had all the basics from burgers to chicken tenders to salad and flat breads. My burger was okay but the fries came out lukewarm, which was disappointing. Plus I specifically asked for bbq sauce INSTEAD of the remoulada that normally comes on the burger but they included it anyway. Also, for a place with a name like Hop & Cask, you'd hope for a better beer selection. On tap they only had four basic brews like Bud Light and Sam Adam's. Their bottle and can selection was pretty limited. A fine place to grab a quick bite while waiting for your plane but nothing too special. read more

When I entered my card information, I received an "invalid information" message, so my friend paid and received a receipt. The following day I was charged for the meal so we essentially paid twice. I have called several times to resolve the matter only to be told "we sent an email" and you have to wait but keep calling. As I'm sitting here reading a review about how one of the cooks is super nasty and eating the food while he's cooking I happen to look up and notice the exact same thing happening. I understand that it can be hot in the kitchen and wearing a mask could be difficult so pulling the mask down to breathe is one thing but pulling the mask down to constantly shove food into your face is another. The only reason I came here is because the only other place that is open is Gold star chili and McDonald's. I refuse to eat there. The burgers were surprisingly good. The service though, slightly understaffed, absolutely deplorable! They substituted items without informing us and the items they substituted for were about 20% less in price less than the items ordered probably thinking we would not notice and they did not do priced adjustments at all in terms of our total bill. We had to ask for it and they said why "I'm sorry we can't do anything about it on top that" and tossed 50 cents at the table to "reimburse us". Asked for No Bacon on one of the burgers and both came with bacon (which was avoided due to our Religious beliefs) The server said sorry took it back to the kitchen and merely took the bacon off and gave us the same burger with bacon grease all over it. We then observed another poor customer having to go to the kitchen herself to attain utensils. This was not a great experience I do not recommend unless you have absolutely no other choice. Avoid Angela as a server if possible. The other chef/food runner did seem like a nice and professional gentleman though. Just a horrible place. To start with all the TVs are defunct and have a blue sheen to them, really hard to watch any games on them. According to the server, the owners are too cheap to replace them and they've been like that for 3 years. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wings which were completely over fried and they actually provided me with a plastic container of Buffalo sauce to where I had to dip my wings in the sauce, then dip it in the ranch.
