Today, I visited "the Damone Roberts" ! Mr. Roberts took great care of me as he sculpted my brows to perfection. I drove from the Bay Area to Beverly Hills just to have him personally work his magic. We had a great chat and he even took a moment to peek in on my daughter who too was getting her brows designed by Sarah. Her absolute favorite brow artist. I have been going here regularly since I found them a few months ago. The services were great, I liked the staff, and I'm supporting a business in the community! And I would always book my next appointments right there in the salon after I got my brows together because I was so pleased with Brittany and wanted to make it a priority in my schedule. Fast forward, I was called by the studio to let me know that my brow stylist was working for them in a different capacity so my regularly scheduled appointment would be transferred to a new brow stylist. I really liked Brittany, but trusted the work of any of the stylists, so agreed and went about my day. Come to the appointment, brows looked good, new stylist was attentive, happy with the service and went to checkout and rebook and I'm hit with an extra $10 for the service as a "new" client. I'm not new, I had been seeing another member of the team and still would be seeing her if she was available. Also, It had been the regular (4 weeks) time in between my appointment, so my brows were not looking crazy or needed anything more than the regular maintenance. So because the studio shuffled around employees, they are up-charging loyal clients? I rebooked, paid, and left but it's just not sitting right with me. I honestly hope the $10 was worth it, because I'm on this app looking for a new brow studio that appreciates their customers instead of nickel and dime them. read more

Once you schedule your appointment, you receive a phone call reminding you of your appointment. The salon is easy to locate, I parked on the street but they do offer parking validation. There is a waiting room, at that point, you'll be greeted by Kenon and escorted to the salon. Damone was warm and welcoming.
