Our house was done in about 5 months which was impressive. We were missing a couple items after our build, like a screen for one of the windows (replaced eventually); and some heater register covers (never received). These were extremely minimal items. Honestly, the ease of having them coordinate our electrician, painter, plumber, and closing was well worth it. We would use them again if we decided to build again.

They discovered that my woodstove inserted into the fireplace had a back plate attachment that made it impossible to get to the stovepipe connection going up the chimney. They pulled out the woodstove, removed the back plate and performed a thorough cleaning. David said that the back plate was not needed, given the way the woodstove was installed, and so we left it off to simplify future cleanings. David and his assistant were extremely professional and efficient. Not a speck of ash was left behind. I highly recommend Baker Chimney!

The bathroom was redesigned by Ryan based on my needs for a walk in shower and moving laundry from the basement to the first floor. This was a 1980's outdated bathroom. Ryan put a comprehensive price proposal together that included contingency expenses I would need to cover. This remodel took approximately 4 weeks. And no surprises related to cost based on the proposal. All the tile work, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock and finish work was completed by highly skilled professionals. All showed up when they said they were coming and were very respectful of my time and living space. The work area was always clean at the end of the day.
