Honestly, the ease of having them coordinate our electrician, painter, plumber, and closing was well worth it. We would use them again if we decided to build again.

Make sure to resolve any questions or concerns BEFORE paying the bill. If your husband calls him to discuss the price afterward, make sure to be on the call to dispell some of the mis-truths. When I attempted to address some questions/concerns, he admitted that he should have talked to me before making the executive decision and presented a possible fix but then didn't call me back as he said he would. I can accept that some of the issues happened because I didn't ask enough questions. Using the misfortune of the tragic collapse of the Baltimore bridge as a scare tactic, stating that material prices would skyrocket and he needed the deposit to secure the materials for the work. Once I paid the deposit, he stopped responding to my calls and changed his phone number several times and even blocked my number. Todd never did the work and has not refunded the $1,800 deposit. It's been a whole year and I cannot get a hold of anyone at A Property Solution of Maine. DO NOT trust anything they say, beware of this scammer.

Ernie, the owner of Straight Line, knows his stuff and I found him interesting to talk with about a subject I have very little knowledge of. The men who installed the roof after taking off the old one, did a fantastic job. They were efficient, conscientious and super clean. They spent from 7:30 til 5pm, non-stop and did it in a day.
