The project was completed on time and everything from the hardcore, behind-the-walls foundation remediation to all the fit and finish was done beautifully. Tim, the owner, is highly respected in the area and he has the best subs. He delivers on time. This may seem like a small thing, but it's worth noting: his teams are incredibly nice to be around. Honestly, the ease of having them coordinate our electrician, painter, plumber, and closing was well worth it. We would use them again if we decided to build again.
