Our house was done in about 5 months which was impressive. We were missing a couple items after our build, like a screen for one of the windows (replaced eventually); and some heater register covers (never received). These were extremely minimal items. Honestly, the ease of having them coordinate our electrician, painter, plumber, and closing was well worth it. We would use them again if we decided to build again.

He included us in all design decisions and was always eager to suggest ways to improve the project. Mino and his construction team are highly skilled, as you can see in the photos of the completed project.
