waiting for repairs on concrete... work done in early august 2025. asked for stamped concrete…read more was told contractor had a few patterns, last minute only one pattern, here it is ... acceptable?? concrete coming that day. i liked it but was whatever - told otherwise. my pool cement reflects little pattern, messy, shoe prints, elevated concrete along the coping over by skimmer like 1/2 inch high and about 2 feet long... one sealant after stamped - first coat spotted and second coat never received?? messy patches and print messy, pattern-less here and there. paid way too much for this job $19,000 and will be seeking court involvement if repairs not done early may 2026!! this pool deck was supposed to be great as the contractor told us. sub was "no limit concrete" was less than professional, owner was more interest in going on vacation then my pool deck and i feel used and misled by all involved. if not contact to resolve issues on concrete made early in 2026, i will be filing suit!

The pond filled up naturally and is spring fed and this year will look absolutely gorgeous once summertime hits. TJ was really courteous and did the entire project well within budget. I highly recommend him for landscaping, pond digging , wall building and other sorts of needs that you may have for your home and property.

We told the salesman, Evan, that we wanted that door with all of the hardware after he showed us the intricate locking system. It was the selling point for us and we ordered it. The PO is 874588 and the order number is 17594025. We scheduled delivery after it arrived at the store. It did not show up on the scheduled day. I was not notified or contacted in any way. I left a message for Evan, but did not get a call back, so I called again a few days later. They delivered that same day, which is the only reason I gave 3 stars. My installer got the door in, but the lock cylinder was not included. I went online to find that Andersen wanted $206 in addition to the $6000 cost for the door assembly which is somehow not included when buying the "trim set." I am highly unlikely to ever order another product from Andersen or Hancock Lumber. I am disappointed in my salesman. I am disappointed in Andersen.

While it was being installed, I was told by the carpenter that Anderson isn't what it once was, and couldn't be counted on. I'd already learned that to some degree when its relatively new windows in the house purchased started going off track. When I called Anderson, I was told to "watch the video" to repair them. When the new door was in place, I didn't try the lock. When I put in the screen a few months later, I knew I'd need it, but the lock would not engage at all. I informed Hancock and was told I'd have to contact Anderson. Though on my receipt, the knob and handle were separate items, I was told Hancock would not service it. This is the response I got: "Unfortunately, this has become a common problem with a lot of manufacturers. We used to provide service for these years ago, but because of quality issues and problems we've stopped completely. Sorry you're having to deal with this. All the best to you." I was told to look for the 800 number on the hinge side of the door. I examined the entire door and could find nothing. I've run into this problem more than once. Why are reputable dealers selling products they can't stand behind. Word is that Anderson has declined significantly and yet here they are selling something that lacks quality. Now what? There's nothing on the door that even says Anderson though Hancock claims it is. As consumers, we need to stop buying shoddy from companies that can't back what they sell. That's it for me and Hancock.

They change invoices, contracts and take your unused materials, get reimbursed then charge you for them. That's called double dipping right? They walk away from projects unfinished and demand the balance, once they get it the don't come back.
