He explained what would be necessary and give several suggestions of slight alterations to what it was I had described. His ideas were very sensible and still fell Within the budget we hoped to maintain. The project was handled in less than 5 days by Wayne himself and one of his team members, both very polite people and easy to work with. As you can see from the photos I posted, they did a great job and it's amazing how something as small as a 4 foot extension, makes it feel like we have doubled the space. Before leaving on the final day, I mentioned another project we were considering doing and Wayne was more than happy to take a quick look and let me know whether or not it was a project he could take on for future discussion. Since this was, in construction terms, a fairly simple project I didn't have reason to meet more than Wayne and his team member. However, since Wayne is the owner of the business, it gives me great confidence that the rest of the people he works with are of equal caliber. We are very much looking forward to working with him again in the future and our kids are already taking the time to appreciate his work, despite the fact that both of them are under the age of 3 right now.

Our kitchen renovation was not easy either. It was in a ramshackle, old summer house right on the ocean that hadn't see a lick of work done in 50 years. The project was completed on time and everything from the hardcore, behind-the-walls foundation remediation to all the fit and finish was done beautifully. Tim, the owner, is highly respected in the area and he has the best subs. He delivers on time. This may seem like a small thing, but it's worth noting: his teams are incredibly nice to be around. They are responsive and pleasant. You don't have a business this well established with teams like this unless you're really doing things right.
