I have ever heard or witnessed such unprofessional, unsafe, and disruptive work. They covered my kitchen window without notifying me. They have a man on a roof above my bathroom window so I cannot use my bathroom with privacy, again, without making me aware this would happen. There is a man on the next door roof that is not using any kind of harness or safety equipment. Furthermore, I have heard the leader/boss scream at his employees now for an hour. He is constantly screaming at them for urgency but then screaming at them with corrections/frustration as soon as they do anything. They are making a truly inconsiderate and extreme amount of noise with their every action, even considering the fact that they're roofing. Slamming, dropping, dragging, screaming.

The project was completed from beginning to end with a high degree of conscientiousness toward quality and care for the overall property. The crew arrived early, worked in a highly productive manner throughout the day, finished each day leaving roof in a no risk protected condition from potential rain or wind and did not leave until all personnel participated in a thorough clean up of debris, including magnetic screening of lawn, gardens and driveways for nails. I have done construction projects in the past, know building codes and felt the crew met/exceeded my expectations. Based in part on Owen Corning web page and in part on Yelp reviews I contacted Marsters Roofing. Marsters Roofing responded within an hour, and arranged to come within 2 days. Ephraim showed up on time and inspected the roof with ladder and drone. He replaced the damaged shingle we were aware of and replaced another damaged one that he found in different place on our roof. Now our roof is fixed and with the drone inspection we know there are no problems hidden in areas that we can't see. The cost for the repair seemed quite reasonable, especially considering that they did not install the roof to begin with.

I had blinds installed throughout the house and a gallery shelf hung in my living room. Despite a short round of phone tag, I was finally able to connect with Ryan and he scheduled Brian to come to my house a few days later. Communication was poor, and I constantly had to monitor the work to make sure it was done correctly. Their crew repeatedly tried to cut corners, and if I hadn't been watching closely, they would have left me with subpar results. The most concerning part was that they attempted to charge me an extra $3,500 for work that was never actually done. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, and I had to call them out multiple times to get things corrected. In the end they still charge me an additional $1000 for an extra hour or 2 of work and a couple 4x4s in supplies. To top it off, someone from the company even offered me $250 in exchange for a positive review -- which makes me question the legitimacy of all their 5-star ratings online. I went with Mandette Roofing Plus because of their great reviews, but after my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution. Unless you have time to take off work and watch them every step of the way through the repair, you're better off finding a different company that has a higher level of integrity than this one.
