We hired Mandette Roofing to replace our roof, replace some clapboards & trim next to the chimney…read moreand paint the back of our house. They did a wonderful job. They cleaned up thoroughly when the work was done. They didn't even take a break. My husband went and got them donuts and coffee and made them take a break. We also contracted with them to replace two large windows and had to delay that project until spring. They are also going to touch up the paint in the back where needed and replace clapboards around where the where the windows will be replaced. The only issue that we have is a miscommunication about the paint job. We thought that the trim was to be painted at the same time that they painted the clapboards, but it wasn't. Unfortunately, we realized that painting the trim was not listed in the contract we signed, so they will be giving us an estimate for painting the trim on the backside of the house. We also asked them to give us an estimate to paint another side of our house and if we agree to the price, we will make sure that the trim is included in the contract. I have and would recommend the company.
