I really wanted to hire Tim based on the reviews here, but he doesn't return my calls. I've left multiple messages, but there is no response in over a week of trying to contact him. I would understand if he was overbooked and couldn't fit me in; but he can't even bother to call me back to tell me, if that is even the case. As first time homebuyers, we were understandably nervous about buying a home and the inspection specifically for the older home that we wanted (1925). Tim came highly recommended by our realtor who promised that he was meticulous in his work. This is 100% true! The whole process was streamlined and easy - inspection within a week, on a Saturday. We were not able to attend but sent a family member in our place who was very impressed with how detail-oriented the inspection was [three hours on a 1200 sqft house]. Payment was easily done for us from far away via PayPal. Buying a home is always nerve-wracking, but having Tim do our inspection, we truly felt like there was no uncertainty in what we were getting into - he checked every outlet, opened every cabinet, drawer, and spent hours going through the house bit by bit, not missing a thing. We called Tim Bright to do an inspection for a property we were under contract to purchase. Every interaction with Tim was professional and efficient. Since we live two hours away, and had to coordinate several appointments in a one day visit, Tim was super accommodating and quietly went about his business to do the inspection while we were busy with another inspector. After inspecting the property, it is safe to say that Tim was incredibly knowledgeable about every nook and cranny inside and outside the home. He did a comprehensive walk through with us on site and then followed up with a complete report on the SAME DAY. His report was 61 pages long and was extremely detailed including photos and recommendations. Tim knows his stuff, and patiently answers all questions. We even asked him to accompany us on the final walk through before closing to make sure all punch list items were corrected properly.
