I was understanding that it took so long to get back to be as they came highly recommended so I had no qualms about that, but maybe that should have been a sign to do business elsewhere. In doing the job they removed piping that wasn't even broken in one of the backrooms that had not even been damaged this was done due to miscommunication and disposed of the cooper without getting any return on the copper-lucky me? They did me a favor by disposing it for free? No. The wooden flooring they installed makes terrible noises as it's walked on and looks like it was done by an amateur and doesn't feel safe although they assure me it is. The floor looks crooked and they used thinner plywood for underneath. Had it been discussed this was an issue or was going to cost more to make it look professional and not crooked I would have thrown down extra money in order to make the job look right. If these problems existed and were presented in a timely and a professional manner they could have been dealt with, instead of getting a irate custom and poor review. The excuse I got was that the house was old and the budget was set and that's why it looks the way it does. They were gracious enough to take a couple hundred dollars off the original price for the budget, but why? Because they felt bad. I will never do business with them again (and I was planning on it) and apparently they might have been ashamed of the work done but not so much that they would fix it. I highly DO NOT recommend them for any renovations to any house, home, or business property. Thank you.

No matter how many last minute changes I asked him to do (with literally not much time at all to get it done) he did so with a smile. He never complained and if we had annoyed him (which any sane person would have been) he never showed it. I can not thank him enough for the relentless days and nights he spent to make our dream come true! Most late nights, he worked by himself knowing his crew had families they needed to get home to. He and his wife never made us feel anything less than equals/friends. I never actually met his wife, but if Josh was unable to get to his phone if we called, she had no problem with us having their house number so she could relay messages for us. I didn't even realize how much their family was/had gone through until after Josh finished our dream and we were gloating to owners of a nearby store. Who happened to know Josh and his wife's story. The love that family has for each other even after how much his poor wife had gone through, just proves my point, Josh would bend over backwards for anyone he cared for.
