We thought we needed a massive wiring job to get a level 2 charger installed in our garage. Joshua took time to talk on the phone about the job, asked great questions beforehand, then came out the next business day to look at the install job and give me a quote. He counselled us OUT of doing the work, and for that, I'm SO GRATEFUL. he could have easily just talked about the necessity of the job, and I wouldn't have known better. But, he's a good, ethical guy, and could appreciate our situation, and so he told us how we could make the best of our situation without massive demo and conduit, and crazy expensive wiring. And, he did it all graciously with a smile. What he got out of talking himself out of this job, is complete loyalty for any and all future jobs we'll ever need. And, I'll be telling everyone I know about him, for sure. Plus, he's a family guy, loves his wife daughter and talks about them with lots of love and pride. There were 2 visits, one to evaluate the site, roof (if your roof is not in great shape, it must be replaced before solar) and plan the installation with 2 guys, the 2nd was the installation with 4 guys.
