Not only did Damon Builders Inc take forever in getting in touch with me to fix my property, they…read moretook longer than expected to do the job, and didn't do it up to high standards. I was understanding that it took so long to get back to be as they came highly recommended so I had no qualms about that, but maybe that should have been a sign to do business elsewhere. In doing the job they removed piping that wasn't even broken in one of the backrooms that had not even been damaged this was done due to miscommunication and disposed of the cooper without getting any return on the copper-lucky me? They did me a favor by disposing it for free? No. The wooden flooring they installed makes terrible noises as it's walked on and looks like it was done by an amateur and doesn't feel safe although they assure me it is. The floor looks crooked and they used thinner plywood for underneath. Had it been discussed this was an issue or was going to cost more to make it look professional and not crooked I would have thrown down extra money in order to make the job look right. If these problems existed and were presented in a timely and a professional manner they could have been dealt with, instead of getting a irate custom and poor review. The excuse I got was that the house was old and the budget was set and that's why it looks the way it does. They were gracious enough to take a couple hundred dollars off the original price for the budget, but why? Because they felt bad. I will never do business with them again (and I was planning on it) and apparently they might have been ashamed of the work done but not so much that they would fix it. I highly DO NOT recommend them for any renovations to any house, home, or business property. Thank you.

Paul was a hard worker and worked methodically while accomplishing the job. He worked by himself for 99% of the job. I helped him offload the numerous 4x8 sheets of drywall off his pickup as he was by himself. Paul explained that he does 3 coats and advised the cure time. He worked relatively quickly but did an excellent job. I brought a number of issues to his attention which he quickly took care of with an excellent outcome. He came back a number of times fixing a manufacturer defect that he detected and for other issues that I brought to him. I am happy with the results. Paul did a thorough and meticulous job and I am glad I hired him to do the job. He was reasonable for a quote and I would definitely hire him again. Excellent work. Richard B. The pond filled up naturally and is spring fed and this year will look absolutely gorgeous once summertime hits. TJ was really courteous and did the entire project well within budget. I highly recommend him for landscaping, pond digging , wall building and other sorts of needs that you may have for your home and property.

Make sure to have him explain EVERYTHING about his pricing 'flat rate for the job' or else you will be accused of not asking questions (whether you did or not). Make sure to have him discuss with you anything questionable before he makes his 'executive decision' and fixes something in a way that doesn't even make sense based upon the facts then charges you for HIS fix. Make sure to resolve any questions or concerns BEFORE paying the bill. If your husband calls him to discuss the price afterward, make sure to be on the call to dispell some of the mis-truths. When I attempted to address some questions/concerns, he admitted that he should have talked to me before making the executive decision and presented a possible fix but then didn't call me back as he said he would. I can accept that some of the issues happened because I didn't ask enough questions. He initially agreed that he should have asked first but later went back and wasn't willing to accept his piece when he spoke with my husband. Just not a good experience at all!
