I have had so many people I have waited on and never had them show up or call to let me know what happened after setting up an appointment. Damian responded quickly we set up an appointment. Excellent last minute service. Recently bought a house and needed to re-key all our door locks. I had the impression that I can just take the locks to Home Depot and they could do it, but turns out they can only do it if you purchase the locks then and there.
