Also had him look at an existing lock which worked fine with well-used (slightly worn) keys but didn't like a spare key which hadn't seen much use. The deadbolt on my security door got stuck in the closed position. Found Gene on Yelp. He had great reviews so I texted him. He came by the next day and was able remove the deadbolt. It wasn't easy but he figured it out. He suggested we consider replacing our front door locks and key everything to one key including the back slider.
