We ordered Horchata Latte and Abualita Latte with Pumpkin marshmallow cream. 10/10 recommend and will becoming back

10/10 recommendation. We will be coming back. Giselle helped us for being our first time, and she was very knowledgeable and guided us to have a good first experience.

Got the shaken espresso and a latte and both were really good, smooth, flavorful, and easy to drink. Drinks came out super fast which was nice, especially since it was a little busy. The whole setup around the food trucks is a vibe, open, chill, and a really nice place to just sit and hang out.

Swirl brew (almond horchata and cold brew) Strawberry latte Brisket kolache

Brought my bestie to Dame for a Saturday morning pick me up. The barista helped guided me based on sweetness and thickness to the Swirl Brew (could be incorrect on that name) that was the horchata and cold brew. She had the strawberry latte and brisket kolache. She deeply enjoyed the kolache and I enjoyed the swirl brew but feel I tasted more cinnamon than I did horchata. Would return. Thank you for your service!

What a great coffee spot in north Austin. I've been wanting to try this place for so long and I'm so glad I finally did. I love coffee trucks for how efficient and quick they are. Once I found them, I ordered and was in and out super fast which is how I like to get coffee. On to the drinks, I got the strawberry late and the dirty strawberry horchata. Both were top-tier. The homemade strawberry puree added a necessary sweet refreshing touch to the strong espresso that didn't overpower the drink. The horchata was also amazing as it wasn't too sweet but still had that great strong cinnamon and rice flavor.

Looking to try something different in the Austin area a found this place. The spot has its own parking lot so that was a plus and actually there are other food trucks in walking distance. There is a patio area to wait for your food/drinks! I ordered the hot chocolate with the marshmallow whip topping! The hot chocolate was really good and even better with the topping and graham crackers. All that was missing was a fire pit lol We wanted to try the horchata but it was sold out so I will definitely be back to try more items!

We love having this option at the lucky duck south now! The coffee is amazing and the people at the truck are so kind! Get the marshmallow top, you want it! Such a great option to have and we haven't had to wait long at all for our drinks. Check them out!!

I mean, come on! Carrot cake latte. Yummmm

Carrot cake latte. Pumpkin spice latte with pumpkin marshmallow topping. Seriously, how can you go wrong? Yes, I had both drinks on the same day. No, I couldn't eat or drink anything else afterwards. But it was worth it! The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The seating is open in a food truck lot. Yes, it can be warm and dusty, but the drinks and food options are worth it every time. Looking forward to my next trip!

Horchata Latte

I had been wanting to try Dame out and it was so worth! I got the Horchata Coffee Latte with the Marshmallow Fluff on top. The prices and the drink sizes are incredibly cheap for such big portions. The coffee flavor was good, not too strong but it would definitely wake you up! The horchata based was good, but the cinnamon overpowered it a little so I couldn't taste much of the horchata. The marshmallow on top added a creamy touch to the drink, you have to order the fluff!! I would 100% go back and probably try out the other specialty drinks :)

Emily V.

Located near other food trucks several trees around the area that provide shade and lots of picnic tables are available for sitting. Staff was very friendly, explained their specialty drinks and the sweetness levels which was highly appreciated as someone who appreciates more the flavor of coffee, less sugar. You can add their famous marshmallow fluff to any of their drink drinks. We ordered the Horchata latte which was their specialty drink, which is on the less sweet side, and it was absolutely yummy, next time I might add a shot of espresso. The other drink was the Canella latte which we also enjoyed considered to be a little bit sweeter and stronger cinnamon notes as explained by staff. Their coffee is smooth and nutty, no acidic or fruity tones in it which I highly appreciate. Overall, great experience and will be back great job!

I wish I liked Dame Cafe more, but my drink was really watery and didn't taste very good either. $1.25 (or $1.5? I can't remember) for marshmallow whip is pretty diabolical pricing, and I don't think it adds much to the actual drink itself. I also ordered a kolache, and the flavor was phenomenal but the actual bread part had a really inedible hard dough part that I couldn't bite down on. I wish I had a better experience here because I can tell Dame Cafe has a cult following, but I personally did not like my drink (it was also pretty expensive too).

literallybomb.com. I got the first drink on the menu, honestly, I forgot what it was called, but I also added the marshmallow top to it and it was so good. It definitely made that drink even better.

I'm very much a creature of habit. I don't stray from what I like and will usually order the same thing at every coffee shop I go to. That's to say: cortado and cappuccino. We were gallivanting around Austin and decided on coming here; read my review about chicken lollypop for thorough description of the food truck area. Dusty, outdoors, and old school Austin. The coffee was delicious, strong, well balanced and hot. My girl got carrot cake latte and another offering she loved. I don't like sweet drinks, but what I tried was delicious. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Bonus for me: I didn't have to spell out my name. I heart this place.

A great coffee spot in a nice food truck park with many food options. The marshmallow fluff is so good and a must order! Easy parking as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful while ordering :)

Good coffee, and the staff are nice, been coming for over 8 years, but I won't be coming back because I'm sick of the end stage capitalism profiteering. The cold brew is already COLD. If you were a burger joint or other establishment and charged for no ice in a fountain drink you'd be laughed at. This is not okay.

It's a busy area, and the coffee shop itself had a decent crowd. It also looks like a popular spot for people to come and work. I met up with a buddy to catch up, and we both ordered iced coffee. I also got a frosted cinnamon roll. The baristas were nice, but unfortunately, neither the coffee nor the cinnamon roll really did it for me. The iced coffee tasted extremely bland, even after I added some creamer and sugar. It just didn't have much flavor and wasn't hitting the way I'd hoped. The cinnamon roll was also extremely dry. Usually, if something is just a little below par, I'm pretty easygoing about it, but this one was legitimately not very good. Great location, nice staff, and a cool atmosphere for working or hanging out, but unfortunately the food and drinks just weren't there for me. I probably wouldn't go back.

So, I headed that way to check out the ice cream. I was warmly greeted by Deanna, the owner. Some signage stated it was the best ice cream in Austin. When I inquired how that honor was determined and she shared some documentation supporting the assertion. So, then I sampled some gelato (yes, they give samples!). I settled on the pistachio and mango gelato. Both had strong flavoring and were enjoyable to eat. Deanna said she and her team makes her ice cream and gelato in-house with fresh ingredients. One downside was that the gelato melted quickly as soon as I walked outside in the sun. I had chosen this bakery, as I had heard. It was a French bakery, and also offered lunch options. I had been invited by my daughters who offered to take me out for my birthday. I had also invited my granddaughter and since we live very near each other, she rode into town with me. To be honest, we really didn't get the opportunity to enjoy the offerings. The bakery generally has on hand. Evidently they sell out well before noon. I ordered the chef salad -they serve it with Freshly made Ranch Dressing, but they did have an Orange Dijon Vinaigrette available as well and I chose that. It didn't come with a roll or croissant or anything.. there were some squares of turkey and a hard-boiled egg which was cut in half. I'm sure there was some kind of cheese on it. The salad itself consisted of field greens. No iceberg lettuce no romaine-in all honesty I was pretty disappointed. Even with the dressing it was blasé. My granddaughter had a turkey sandwich on white bread. It was dressed with lettuce and tomato and it looked pretty good. She was also smart enough to order a dessert. They barely had anything left, but she found a fresh little Ttart with fruit on it so she got that. One of my daughters got a hummus plate with chips and veggies as dippers, my other daughter advised me she was on a low-carb diet. She ended up choosing a bowl of tomato soup which they are known for and grilled cheese sandwich which she gave away. I think it was really hard for me to get over the fact that the bakery case was pretty much empty. I guess I should've known better as bakeries are generally very popular in the morning along with coffees which they also specialize in. This just wasn't what I had expected-the food we order was good, but nothing special. There are many other restaurants and bakeries closer to where I live. Then came the cinnamon roll--crispy, golden edges with that gooey center that makes you involuntarily close your eyes and do a little happy food dance. We also shared The Old Fashioned biscuit sandwich, featuring house-made sausage that was so good it made us question all other sausage. Plenty of indoor seating, cute cups and straws, and even vegan pastries? Love that. My cold brew with soy milk was great, and my daughter's strawberry matcha was good once they remade it with oat milk. Now for the not-so-cute part. The service was cold. No hello, no smiles, just very much giving "I do not want to be here." We specifically asked for non-dairy milk, yet my daughter's matcha came loaded with dairy cream and had to be remade. The reaction? Annoyance, no apology, just grabbed the drink and tossed it. Yikes. Also, the soy and oat milk options aren't listed on the menu, and the matcha comes with dairy toppings you'll need to specifically ask them to leave off. For a brand like Coach, I expected a little more polish and attention to detail. I'd come back for the cold brew and the adorable gifts, not the service. Cute cups, good coffee, questionable vibes.
