Both Dwayne and Erik were very polite and helpful. Dwayne took time to show me how the cleaning worked, and took pictures of the ducts before and after. They take off every intake and duct cover and clean EVERYTHING, and replace them. All the toys and junk the previous owners' kids dropped down the vents- gone. Dirt, gone! Wayne explained the proper way for intake covers to be placed, and pointed out that the vents had been caulked before, which makes them look a little raggedy when put back in.
