He gave me a thorough education about the process and gave me helpful advice right from the first moment. His help over the phone was always clear and accurate. He set us on the right path immediately. Seth and his crew were in our house within 48 hours to do the mitigation and boy were they thorough. The floor was pulled up, the room was disinfected and dried. And all the while, Daryl and Seth made sure that we had the documentation and backup necessary to communicate with our homeowners insurance company. With the mitigation done, the crew came back a few weeks later to actually do the repairs and get our floors back to the condition they were in before. This was equally impressive.
