We scheduled a time for Andy come out to take a look at the project and they were able to provide a competitive quote within a week. After that, all that was left to do was to schedule the install. They had an opening that next week and Andy was able to install the new door, all of the casings/trim, and a new deadbolt and handle without any issues in about 4 hours.
