From design to install, David helped us with every step. We solved for unused space and optimal functionality (all drawers in the base cabinets) - we were very ambitious. Here are the pictures showing our end results. The design and installation crews were amazing. Several trips were required to get this right but Hope kept coming back to make sure everything was perfect. And David was there making sure everything was okay without charging me more. Very grateful for the help. My thanks to this very capable company and crew. Much appreciated.

It was so easy working with the sales team. They had designs ready for me within days for review and then all I did was go in after to pick out colors and materials I wanted. We went with their top of the line Deluxe Wood and Fabuwood products. It is worth it for durability! All our of countertops are also quartz from Hope Kitchens as well. I was really surprised at the selection they carried and loved that we didn't have to stop by any additional stone yards or hire fabricators. They handled everything in house! The team was incredibly quick and efficient once everything came into stock. We get so many compliments from everyone that visits our home and they cannot believe that these were not "custom" made - which would've cost us 3 times the cost. Easily the best decision we made for our build. Highly recommend these guys for your next renovation or build!!!!

Paramount Stone - Beautiful vanity, unfortunately quartz is horrible

Horrible experience. We have 2 brand new vanities and went to Paramount stone to get quartz…read morecountertops. We had three samples from the manufacturer as well as looking at the photos from the manufacturer website and decided on the Hanstone Coast product, manufactured by Hyundai L & C, headquarters in Georgia. After having the measurements done, Paramount came to install the quartz. At first I thought the numerous black marks on the surface were smudge from the workers hands. After trying to wash it off with soap and water, we realized that it was an inherent smudge in the product we received. Paramount would have nothing to say. I called Kaylee, customer care for the manufacturer in Georgia who told me it was a defect in the manufacturing of the slab of quartz that was sent. She told me that all Paramount had to do was send in a form and Hyundai would send a new slab for free. Paramount never offered to do this. I found out that the industry standard for the fabricator(Paramount) is to have the customer come in to check the slab prior to fabricating it. This is important because there might be a hole for a sink that needs to be cut out and the customer may want to tell the fabricator what part of the slab should be cut for their countertop. As the photos show(although seeing in person is even worse), the black smudges are a definite eyesore. No reasonable customer or fabricator would have accepted this. The owner never came to look at the finished product in person. Instead he had one of his workers come and take a picture, as well as the person who did the initial measurements. Despite the manufacturer Hyundai L & C offering to send a free new slab for us Paramount never cooperated with Hyundai. Paramount never took the time or interest to fill out a form. Then wanted to charge us over $2,000 to remove the two defective countertops (each 23"x55") and install the new ones. The original installation took less than two hours. Plus they already had the exact measurements to do the fabrication. Also, there would be extra material for them to sell as a remnant for another customer. In addition, Paramount said they would not be responsible for any damage to our new custom made vanities. Fortunately, we have found another stone fabricator to complete our project. Our general contractor was able to have his two workers remove the two countertops without doing any damage in less than 90 minutes, including putting down protective paddings on the floor and cleaning up. Our contractor, who does a lot of remodeling of kitchens and bathrooms was appalled at the way this was handled by Paramount and said he will never give them business again. Look elsewhere to avoid having the same experience we had.

Measurements are to 1/16 of an inch and we were thrilled. You will never find anyone like her. She is an engineer, designer and an architect. If you want your kitchen done fast and cheap; go somewhere else. If you want it done just once and beautifully; make an appointment with Maya. I have done 5 kitchens over my life and this was by far the best one. A few things you should know regarding a total redo of a kitchen like we did. 1-The process will take time, probably longer than you think, and you can not rush it 2-It will cost more than you think for crazy things you will pick out later in the process. I just spent $112 for special electrical faceplates on Amazon because they were gorgeous. Hacker Kitchens is responsible for cabinets, appliances (which are frequently incorporated into the cabinets), backsplash and countertops. You may need a general contractor for specialities like electrician, plumber, carpenter, etc. She may be able to help with recommendations or I would be happy to share names of the professionals that I used in the NY, CT area. If you speak with Maya and want to see a finished kitchen, ask her to call Louis or Susan. We would be proud to show you.

After…read moreweeks of looking at every conceivable cabinet line, we settled on Hacker as the style that most clearly embodied what we were looking for--clean lines, modern approach and fully functional for a family with 4 kids. After some research, we were not only thrilled to find Maya--the company's representative in the US--but amazed that she designed kitchens in the DC area. From the first phone call, she immediately got us and what we were looking for. For people with a vision/taste but little practical experience, she guided us in our choices--making the process understandable and giving us recommendations where she knew what we wanted wasn't going to look right. She was the perfect balance of being supportive but also allowing us the benefit of her experience. After the ordering, Maya really took charge of communicating with the contractors--countertop, hacker and installers--and just took so much stress out of the process for us. She wasn't satisfied until every measurement was perfect and every checklist item had been addressed to our satisfaction. Sitting here in our new kitchen, I can't believe how amazing everything came out and we couldn't have done it without Maya.
