We are so happy with our beautiful new deck and the excellent craftsmanship & customer service provided by deck master Glen Rodrigue and his crew at All Decked Out! You can't go wrong if you go with All Decked Out! When it came time to replace our deck, we knew we wanted a composite deck material and chose MoistureShield® with Cool Deck® Technology for our space, which gets full sun and can become very hot underfoot. All Decked Out was the only MoistureShield® contractor in our area, which basically made our decision for us. However, we still did our due diligence, checking references and photos, and were very impressed with so many rave reviews. Glen came out to look at our space & give us a quote and was a pleasure to work with from the get go. Courteous, reliable, responsive, detail oriented, a good listener & communicator, personable, and professional... Glen is everything you want in a contractor. We hired All Decked Out to demo our old deck, build a new one with post cap lighting, custom lattice work, and custom-built steps with tread lighting. We also used his recommended contractor for a new patio with seat wall and built-in hardscape lighting. Glen worked closely to ensure the deck rebuild and patio work were well coordinated. Glen listened and took into consideration our likes & preferences. He made recommendations based on our communicated vision for the space, and happily made changes requested by us. He maintained close contact throughout the project - stopping by to check on progress (or calling when he couldn't come over in person) to ensure things were going smoothly and that we were happy. Even after all the deck work was fully completed, Glen remained in close contact to ensure that the masonry and all work to create our custom patio went smoothly and to our satisfaction as well. The All Decked Out crew were true craftsmen who took pride in their work and were also a pleasure to work with - very professional, hardworking, friendly, neat, and polite. Glen and his crew were amazing from start to finish. When we met Glen we shared our vision for the screened in porch and deck extension and not only did he fulfill all our asks but he also offered valuable advice and suggestions throughout the project. He communicated daily on the progress and plan for the next day to make sure we were well informed. We were looking to replace and enlarge our aging decks. After interviewing several deck companies and receiving their quotations we chose All Decked Out. Glen and the entire crew were absolute craftsmen and respectful of the property. From design, to completion Glen was there to very promptly answer any questions we had and to offer up suggestions when we couldn't decide on certain items. Their pricing was more than fair and were onsite every day, sometimes until dark. We also had lighting in the steps and lighting on the post that are beautiful.They easily met the schedule that was presented from the start. When they finished the only thing you noticed were the beautiful new decks that are the envy of the neighbors. The first day we met Glen, he said that he would exceed expectations. Of course, that only made our expectations higher, but he still exceeded them! Our new (replacement) deck was built exactly on budget, and both sooner and more quickly than Glen had originally estimated. He checked in with us daily (sometimes several times a day), with status updates and next steps. The new deck looks amazing and the craftsmanship is top-notch. There is nobody better that Glen, Jaime and the entire All Decked Out crew!  And believe me, I know what a bad experience with a contractor looks like. Last summer I engaged a contractor for all new windows, vinyl siding, and a large deck. The work was done sporadically with little communication.  A project that started July 8th and was due to be completed by September 8th finally ended on April 1st of 2021 when the contractor abandoned the job. Since the deck had been completed I requested a Building Inspection from the city. What a surprise! The deck failed inspection with 4 major issues!  After the panic was over, I started looking for a new contractor to hopefully fix the issues with the deck. Based on all the 5 Star reviews for All Decked Out, I called Glen and explained my problem.  From that first conversation I knew I had made the right choice. He was confident that he would be able to fix the problems. After making a site visit, he gave me a detailed explanation of the work to be done and a fair estimate of time and money. He also worked with the Building Inspectors Office to ensure his plans would be acceptable to them. Within a day or two, all the material was onsite and work began. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. In just a few short days, Glen and his crew did exactly what he said they would do. This is without a doubt the best deck building company out there. We hired them to do a complete demo of our existing two story deck and we redid it with Trex decking and it is perfect! The owner Chris is so trustworthy, honest, and reliable. I knew from the moment I met him that he was the right guy for the job.
