He stayed in touch and was available throughout the entire process--great communication and customer service. Danny, the construction manager, made sure everything was done to code and as promised. He was hands-on and attentive, ensuring the job stayed on track. They pulled the necessary permit, were properly licensed and insured, and used GAF roofing materials, which gave me added confidence in the quality. Like many contractors I've worked with over the past 30 years, there's always room for improvement in safety protocols--but overall, they did a solid job keeping their crew safe. Cleanup could have been a little better, which is pretty common with roofing projects. That said, Danny came back the next day with a magnet to double-check for nails in my gray gravel driveway (which is tough to search), and sure enough, he found and removed a few. They mislead us to spending an extra $2,500 on the job. When I called to complain I left a message but no one ever returned my call. This is after they didn't do a good job on the roof and it took them months to come back and fix the leaks they caused. STAY AWAY!!
