R&R provided such a high quality of work and unparalleled customer service -- I wish all service providers were of this caliber. They were professional, thorough, on time, friendly and easy to work with. My husband and I worked mostly with Randall, and he explained everything patiently & in laymen's terms while not being condescending (which I have seen in other service people). He honestly seemed to genuinely care about resolving our septic back-up issue and worked steadily and doggedly until it was all done (almost until dark). Through all of it he was polite, a good listener and a great communicator. They left the yard a COMPLETE mess for two months, untouched. Then leveled it and seeded in November in freezing temperatures. When I told the owner that I don't feel comfortable paying the whole amount till we actually see grass since they seeded when it's 30 degrees at night he called me and started cursing me out that he wants all his money. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and needles to say will never use them again. So avoid this guy.

I spoke with owner and was told estimator would call me to make appointment. He never followed up, after two weeks I never heard a word and texted the owner. I asked him what happened, he apologized and said he would get back to me. The next day a man was roaming outside my house. I was about to call the police but approached the person who identified himself as the owner. He said it was easier to just come by, at this point he made the effort to come out so what the heck. He stated he would get me estimate within few days. 3 weeks later no response I even texted twice. I am sorry there is just no excuse for this. These are huge red flags anytime you use a contractor and it takes a month with no response. I am making it a point going forward to share all my experiences with companies that do not follow up. I am also going to screen shot message showing this. I cannot comment on work because it did not get to that point but do yourself a favor and stay away.
