R&R provided such a high quality of work and unparalleled customer service -- I wish all service providers were of this caliber. My husband and I worked mostly with Randall, and he explained everything patiently & in laymen's terms while not being condescending (which I have seen in other service people). A few examples: He failed to mention, until the very end, that he would not re-install the metal railings on our stone steps and that we would have to hire someone else. He also did not build the bottom step to code. We brought it to his attention and asked if it would pass inspection and he said no. Then why would he build it if it's not to code?! The only real solution was to pay him to rebuild our brick walkway. His team did a very poor job with the walkway. They didn't use enough stone dust to fill cracks and did not put enough dirt on the edges so the bricks were starting to become loose. (Just a few days after!) I had to do additional work myself on the walkway in order for it to not fall apart in a few months.
