Even though they only had a couple of reviews, I liked what I read from the other folks and what I saw in the photo gallery of their work. Bottom line, A1 Eagle Eye Pro Contractor is fantastic to work with, and I've already got another job lined up for them, and will be having them do several other things next year. I definitely recommend them if you want high-quality results! I was beyond impressed with every aspect of a large job that entailed the following: - Removing the old (thin) wood siding panels and trim over three large areas on two sides of the house. - Removing the old worn and warped wood chimney surround and dormers. - Replacing/rebuilding all of the above with Hardie Board cement siding and trim. - Exterior painting. Communications with Bob were always timely and professional with the estimate and invoices for each payment provided via email. The estimate in particular was great: each aspect of the work was detailed in a section of its own, priced separately, so it was obvious what you were being charged for. And the guys who do the work are top notch. They showed up on time every single scheduled day, worked hard for the entire day (weather permitting), and took such care and pride in their work with obvious attention to detail that this nearly thirty-year-old house now looks better than it did when it was new! You know how little touches make a big difference, even if they require a bit of extra effort? Well, Bob and his crew understand this completely. Just one example: the original dormer shutters they took down turned out to be just too tired-looking, old and brittle to be put back up on the beautifully rebuilt dormers (though I don't doubt another company might have done so, since the estimate stated they would be reused), but Bob ordered new ones to replace them, and chose a style with just a bit of decorative detail. Compared with the plain originals, this little extra something makes a huge difference. If you want better-than-imagined results, you want A1 Eagle Eye to do your next project!

Walked into store and got price on wood flooring product. I then had the older couple running the…read morestore come out to verify measurements and to quote for install. That's when the price of the wood flooring started going up in price. I questioned the older man about the price, because the price quoted in the store was much lower than the invoice price he sent me. He then sent me another invoice with a lower price, but still not the price provided in the store, even when taxes are figured into the amount. Overall, I think they try to sell you based on where you live and if they think you can afford more, then they will stick it to you. They bid one room sized 14x17 for engineered wood for cost of wood and installation of over 4 grand, compared to two others that bid both around 2,200 and 2,400 in costs to install and materials. I would highly suggest you comparison shop when dealing with this business. From the old man, I heard you did not take into consideration sales tax and I also heard - prices are going up, especially shipping. I suggest you do the leg work and get several bids and just not do business with this group. Save yourself the time and money both.......

Unfinished Work, Poor Craftsmanship, and a False Lien Threat…read more I hired Ybarra Professional Builders to complete work in my home, including renovating the upstairs bathroom. While the project was technically completed, the quality was completely unacceptable. The bathroom sink leaks, and the grout in both the shower and floor is already coming up. I brought in licensed professionals to inspect the issues, and they confirmed the floor was improperly installed and the sink was not installed correctly either. Despite these clear defects, the company has refused to return and fix the problems. To make matters worse, I just received a Notice of Intent to File a Mechanic's Lien claiming I owe them $16,016.00--which is outrageous and completely false. They included charges for services they never performed, such as: Cabinet resurfacing (they did nothing to my kitchen cabinets) Interior painting (they partially painted my living room, which I already paid for--and even that was incomplete) I've kept all of my receipts and documented what was paid. I paid for the bathroom remodel, but it was done poorly and without accountability. There is absolutely no way they did $16,000 worth of work in my home. This feels like a scare tactic to get paid for work they didn't do or didn't do correctly. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not stand behind their work, and now I'm dealing with legal threats for charges that are clearly inflated and inaccurate. If you're considering using them--think twice and document everything. This experience has been stressful, costly, and incredibly disappointing.

Ybarra Professional Builders is a company that subcontracts jobs to multiple individuals without…read moretaking any responsibility for those jobs. I was approached by Ethan who was charismatic, personable and seemed to care about the project I was interested in. I wanted pavers on my driveway and a new concrete patio. Everything seemed to go well, perhaps taking a little longer than expected (but that was ok). The trouble started when the work was done. The ground settled and a tiny crack formed in the concrete. I contacted them in April to discuss the crack and puddling on the paver driveway. We got no response until May. Ethan finally said he would send someone to look at it. They came and within a couple of weeks two workers were here to fix the problems. Unfortunately, they made a bigger mess and eye sore than the original damage. I texted Ethan again with pictures of the "corrected" work and has since not heard from him or any representative from the Ybarra Professionals. I am very frustrated and disappointed that this happened. The only reason I am writing a public review is with the hope that Ybarra Professionals respond to my many calls and text messages.

It was at the end of the project where things went wrong, which forces me to write this review. The marble countertop had waterspots on it. I noticed these spots as soon as the marble was installed. I reported this issue immediately. After having a couple different folks come out to look at these spots I was told it was in the stone. I don't think so. Regardless, during the process of these folks studying the spots, they removed the shine in the middle of the countertop. My mistake was paying Kingdom before this issue was resolved. It's now been 7 months and Kingdom will not return my call. I stopped in the store and they said they would open a new ticket in order to resolve this issue. I've asked that they return and add the shine back to the marble. Over-the-counter products do not work. If you decided to use Kingdom, be sure EVERYTHING is to your satisfaction before paying them. I should know better. I trusted Fred and he failed. UPDATE: This past week (Aug 7-11, 2017) Kingdom Flooring sent out a team to put the shine back on my bathroom countertop. For this I've changed my rating to 4 stars. It would have been 5 but it took 8 months to correct this issue.

Fred (owner) is a truthful and honorable man. He was always professional. Nearly all of his team is great. They are courteous, competent, and can be counted on. We had a few minor issues along the way and Fred and team solved them. With one glaring exception-shower glass. He used a subcontractor for this and they were awful. They randomly showed up unannounced and then didn't show when scheduled. When they did, they were more interested in saying how good and competent they were. Usually they were surly and talked more about their experience than doing the work. Well, they were here 4 times before they got it right! And the fourth time it took Fred working side by side them to solve the issues. Because of them, I can only give 4 starts. To Fred's credit, he did not tell us the name of the glass firm and he took full responsibility for them. I recommend Kingdom and would use them again. Just insist on a different glass vendor.
