I went to her because she isn't someone to sugar coat anything and I love that she tells it as it is. That's when you know they truly love to help you and make you as great as they are! For something you pay good money for, that kind of quality is unacceptable. The final straw was going back yesterday to fix two nails from a set I had done just last Saturday. Less than a week later, two nails were already gone. We couldn't match the original color, so now two nails are a slightly a different shade. She didn't even bother to make them symmetrical. When I asked if she could at least paint the same two nails on the other hand so they would look intentional, she told me, 'Sorry, I can't.' After driving from Santa Clarita and giving her multiple opportunities, I can confidently say it was not worth it. The work does not last, the attention to detail is lacking, and the service when there's an issue is dismissive. I would not recommend.
