I did my eyebrows, eyeliner and lips! It is so amazing to wake up and just throw on some foundation and go! Never have I been ready to go out the door in 20 min... I am blond so my eyebrows have always needed to be shaded in. Let me tell you it's hard matching them and usually takes waaaay to long. Now the natural looking hairs are already there (she draws little hairs so it looks natural) so I just fill them in and go. Takes 2 seconds! My lips have the color I always wanted. Just throw on lip gloss and go! I can make them brighter and feel like when I eat and the lipstick comes off it still looks like I have some on, which is pretty cool. Eyeliner is pretty thin, think natural looking. I guess it's pretty difficult to do the eyes because they swell almost immediately. When they swell too much they won't accept any tattoo so there is only so much you can do. I did my eyebrows, lips and eyeliner (in between lashes) with Jackie. If you are looking for natural looking results that is classy, tasteful and not overdone- then she is the one to go to. Why do I recommend her? 1)Technology and less post session swelling or pain. She has a high tech permanent makeup machine that causes less trauma and her pen is fine tipped. Other permanent tattoo places that uses manual cutting pens or a thick tip pen. I had to hide for a few days after my permanent makeup session with another place because the swelling was pretty noticeable. After Jackie's session, I had minimal swelling and nobody even noticed the swelling. People just thought I just didn't sleep enough the night before at most lol..... 2) Conservative, natural approach first. There are many other cheaper places to go to that does it all in one session for a set price (including a free touch up). Jackie charged me $295 per facial part, per session. I had to go back twice to darken the pigments because some faded off, as we were going conservative at first so my eyes will get used to the color before I decided if I wanted more. Remember if you overdo it, it's permanent and you cannot remove it! Yes, it costs more if you go more times to slowly increase the intensity of the pigments but that's what I wanted. I am sure you can ask Jackie if she can do it all in a session but you should ask her, as case to case varies depending what you are trying to achieve. Jackie would rather have you sit up 100 times to check her work in the light in between tattooing to make sure the pigments were in the right places than to rush and risk overdoing it. She also added eyeliner for me but it's in between the lashes and so it's not above the lashes like eyeliner. I am sure you can do that too but I prefer my Permanent Makeup to look like I was born that way.... My friends says she is expensive. But you get what you pay for. Don't compromise quality for a few hundred dollars less. It will be on your face and you will see it forever, so don't be cheap and do something you will regret just to save some money. 3) She is artistic, has good taste and judgement. Jackie is very detailed, clean, artistic and most important to me - she has good taste. You don't want to go to someone who has bad taste and you end up looking ghetto! Jackie changed the color of my eyebrow ( i did PM from another place which did a good job) but I wanted a little more refinement and I am super happy with my results! Jackie's PM pen is super thin tip and it can do very detailed work unlike some other places only have thick tipped pen and their work looks unrefined and rough. Sometimes, she looks overly serious, but she is just trying to listen and process what you are saying to her ...LOL. Just understand that the pigments will fade to a much lighter color, so if you want more, you might have to do it several times for it to stay. Or ask for a darker color. I remember she told me that several times before, and so if you are not happy because it faded, that's because you were not listening. Eyebrows and eyeliner tends to last longer but lip color may fade a little faster. It does fade over time and will need a retouch after a couple of years. There are pros and cons to everything so be realistic! I have heard people tell me how painful permanent makeup is and how much post swelling they had from other places. I have also seen permanent makeup that does not fade on other people because the pigmented super dark but ugly - it makes me cringe. I did my research and I chose Jackie. You will have to decide is this is a good fit for you. For me personally, it was perfect. read more

This is the first time I ever have something like this done, and I have to say it was...interesting. Overall the experience was above average, I liked the way Jackie asked for my opinion every step of the way, she gave me a "hair stroke" look which is supposed to be the most natural. The only thing I would have to get used to is that she made them thinner than I originally had them. I was hoping for a thicker brow and to keep as much of the hair that I already had, one eyebrow proved to be much more difficult than the other however, and she did work hard to try and make them as even as possible. I guess I'll have to wait until they heal and when I go back for the touch up perhaps ask for a bit more thickness. I honestly don't believe Jackie has the slightest idea what she's doing. She does not know how to listen and follow instructions. I first got my lip tatted in 2019. She messed up big time. I asked for a baby pink and instead she gave me RED. She said it would lighten up. I explained my disappointment and dissatisfaction and asked her to go much lighter for the second session (included in $400) she thought it would be a good idea to not listen to me and instead tatted my lip raspberry red. I would avoid her at all costs. I made the mistake of reaching out to her few weeks ago asking for a refund, and she asked if she could fix it instead. I should have said no. I went in for her to 'correct' her mistake and she still has no idea what she's doing. I paid an extra 100 and I had to basically tell her which colors to mix to get the color I want. She keeps the ink in a ziplock bag. She doesn't keep track of the color and now I have spots and it's blotchy. It looks hideous to say the least. She keeps saying it's a pretty color. This is not what I asked for! She works from her condo. Please just avoid and find someone who listens to what you want and knows what they're actually doing. read more

I've been wanting to get my eyebrows done but with all the horror stories from friends and family,(my mom's turned green) it was just something I needed to meticulously shop around for. If you are thinking about permanent cosmetics and you don't go to Jackie, you're an idiot. Jackie did my brows first, and I was so delighted with them that I booked again with her to do permanent eyeliner. Now, because I previously used a Latisse-type product, even though I stopped using it months ago my eyelids bleed very easily. This makes tattooing very difficult, as the pigment won't adhere if it bleeds off. Jackie's usual procedure is to do the first tattooing, then for the client to come back two weeks later for a final touchup. Jackie is an artist and a perfectionist. It took a total of THREE touchups to get my eyes to her satisfaction -- and she refused payment for the second two touchups. Who else would do that?
