I was really disappointed with my experience. After getting my lashes done, there was little to no visible difference. When I politely mentioned this, the Asian lady technician insisted that her work was perfect and suggested that the problem was my natural lashes or my perception of what perfect lashes are supposed to look like, rather than acknowledging my concerns. A beauty service should make clients feel confident and respected, not blamed. Sadly, this was not the case here. Waste of money. Do not recommend. My bestie came here for eye lash extensions and loved the results so much that she got me a gift certificate for the same treatment. I spoke with the owner, Hyewon Ahn, to arrange an appointment. She was friendly and accommodating. She's also an Oscar winning celebrity make-up artist, so I knew I would be in good hands. When I arrived, I was greeted by her adorable little doggie. Hyewon showed me the various options that I could choose from in terms of style, placement, & length. I selected the Cashmere Classic, open eye. She took me to a private room and made sure I was comfortable on the table and even provided a blanket to keep me warm. The classical music in the background was soothing and little princess and I took a nap while Hyewon worked her magic. She has a gentle touch and there was no discomfort during the procedure, which took a little over an hour. I am happy with the results. I've tried false eyelashes in the past and they were uncomfortable and heavy. These extensions are light, feel natural, and look beautiful. The best part was little princess giving me puppy kisses before I left. The boutique offers a variety of professional beauty services all performed in a clean, relaxing environment. Hyewon is a total pro! I don't think people realize just how talented and renowned she is - she's an award winning body painter and special effects artist. I have used Studio Ahn's makeup and eyelash services. Her products are all vegan and cruelty-free, which is very important to me. The eyelashes she uses are "cashmere" - they last a lot longer and are more feather like. They're still vegan, so not real cashmere. But they're a material from Japan, which makes sense, considering eyelash extensions are a Japanese invention. Also the studio is so cute! Highly recommend! read more

I have been getting my lashes done for over a year. She uses cashmere lash hair on me, which is lightweight and soft. The glue is has a strong hold, but is gentle to my eyes. Because I have dry eyes that require frequent eye drops, I admittedly am not the best candidate for eyelash extensions. And, after a few bad experiences at other places, the bar was set pretty low until I met Hyewon. Both her technique and her lashes are amazing! She takes time to educate her clients on their choices without trying to push you into a pricier option and is very thorough and thoughtful when applying. I chose the cashmere extensions. These are the only lashes that have ever felt natural and that lasted longer than a week. Bonus points for free parking in the back.
