I was there on the 23rd of this month around 2pm. Walked in and Diana was very helpful, kind and sweet. She is the owner of this pretty boutique. Saw few things that caught my eye that I really didn't need, but wanted since they were affordable and would look nice on me. They sell things like hats, scarfs, clothes/shoes, accessories, jewelry and it was a bit cramped up, but didn't bother me at all. Bought me couple of scarfs, a nice necklace, and 4 different types of earrings. Love earrings. That is my favorite jewelry. Store was very clean, employees were helpful and nice, don't know if they have a restroom or not and a street/residential & meter parking only.

To make matters worse, the owner was dismissive from the moment the conversation started. Before I could even explain the issue, she interrupted with, "Sorry, can't do anything"--without hearing me out. Then she suggested I use a razor to fix the pilling. Really? How about selling products that don't require "razors" to maintain after a few washes? I wasn't even demanding a full refund--a partial refund or store credit would have been reasonable. Instead, they offered nothing. That's not how a small business should operate. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, but clearly, it isn't for them. In contrast, I've experienced amazing customer service from other small businesses--like one that let me return a set of organic sheets after 90 days simply because I didn't like them. That's what customer care looks like. This business, however, operates with deceit, blame-shifting, and zero accountability.
