The matcha raspberry is also nice and balanced - matcha flavor complements well with the raspberry gel / jam inside and is mellowed out by the cream. I brought it up to the employee at the register and he just looked at me and completely ignored what I said and shrugged. It seems like they don't care to follow health regulations. I hope this issue gets nipped in the bud and they install some plastic/vinyl curtains on the display case or figure out a way to fix their fly problem so that I can enjoy the pastries again.
