We found the entrance and walked into a beautiful old building. Reminded me of an English pub. We noticed one room had a painting class going on. We walked into the bar area and were greeted right away. Very friendly staff who asked what we were interested in. They offer both wine and beer. We ended up ordering both by the end of the visit. We decided to sit outside and enjoy some fresh air. We ordered the Spinach dip and a wine tasting. The dip was ok and the wines were good. While enjoying the wine a hummingbird landed close by. The owner's wife is a nutcase AND SHE'S RUDE. We witnessed her drive a golf cart and back into a guest's truck and then continue to yell at them....it was completely her fault. They were for May, which in light of the current state of things in the vaca-world seems like plenty of notice. Though their policy does state they charge a fee for cancelations - no matter what. The rest of the industry also charges cancelation fees. Yet, they have all waived them due to the extraordinary circumstances the world is facing. The place is very nice to stay at. We've stayed before. Now though, I believe we have seen the true nature of things. It makes me sad to think we will not be rescheduling our stay. We made it clear that we'd be doing that as soon as the world settled into its new norm.

Jeanie and Russ, the owners of this 1913 home, are excellent hosts and great breakfast cooks. We had french toast with fresh berries, poached eggs and bacon one day and blueberry muffins, omelets and locally made sausage the second morning. We stayed in the Royal King Suite. It was a spacious room with comfortable sitting area, fireplace, jacuzzi tub and high quality bed. Both suites have private entrances. In addition to the two bed and breakfast suites, this property is also a wedding venue with a gazebo, tent for the reception, and even a vintage automobile. Jeanie has been a wedding coordinator for many years and adds her special expertise to the many weddings they have each year. We hope to return soon when we come to the Rogue Valley again.

The recreation pool has two water slides and a lazy river I enjoy going to the 13 lane Olympic lap pool My insurance pays for a membership for me to try to keep in shape so instead of me going to a gym I got a monthly senior pass to Rogue X and the insurance company pays for it. I can use the facility almost every day of the year but My goal is twice a week. There is plenty of free parking and the locker rooms/ restrooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. Prices vary depending on where you live your age and if you get a family or individual pass. This is a wonderful addition to the Rogue Valley Southern Oregon area
