I love this under-the-radar vineyard. The owners are great and have a deep passion for their wines. It's a great, unpretentious place to have a flight and take in the views of the valley foothills. I love how there is a piano in the tasting room, and people are welcome to play. I really enjoyed the Cab Franc and Grenache. Try the White Malbec! read more

Good wine. Very kind and friendly owners. This winery is definitely worth a visit. Their tasting comes with 4 wine choices out of 13 of their wines. You always have an option to just have a glass of wine if you prefer not to have a tasting of a few wines. I enjoyed the Cabernet Franc, Syrah (has a very strong body), and the Tempranillo. Place smells like a hamster cage. Wine glass smelled bad. I had to dump my very small wine tasting in the toilet and clean my glass with soap and water in bathroom. Dog hair on wine glasses and plates. Very small pours. The wine tasted ok but all tasted the same. They forgot to bring our food out several times and then forgot the cheese on the cheese and cracker plate. We asked for the cheese that comes with it and was brought a handful of chips in the lady's BARE HANDS. Not even on a plate. Then she proceeded to wipe her hands off over my lap! I could go on and on. Never would go there again. read more

Scenery beautiful, however the wine stewards hesitated to open a bottle of Syrah when I chose to taste, it was listed as a choice for the day. They apparently did not want to open another bottle, I've never experienced this in all my wine tasting years. They suggested I try something similar to avoid opening a bottle of Syrah. They then went on to state how well known the Syrah wine was and how well it grows in Talent after refusing to open the bottle. We have never experienced this before. Unfortunately, as visitors from California we were hoping to have a great first experience at the first winery we stopped at. The entire experience was somewhat uninviting. I'm grateful for taking another shot at a local winery in Jacksonville that made up for the first stop. read more

The wines were impressive, great selection and priced extremely well, with case discounts. The owner was pouring the day we were there and explained that the grapes are grown in the surrounding vineyard and tended to by him. The best experience on our visit to the Rogue Valley. read more

Wine tasting at Pebblestone Cellars. Lovely, shady setting with outdoor seating. Owner was fun to talk with, ALL wines were great, hard to choose. Ended up getting the Pinot Gris, Viognier, Melange (a blend) and Cab. This would be a great wine tasting to add to a bike ride in the area - good shoulders, and there are other wineries in the area. Adequate wine, rude people. My husband and I were SHARING one tasting, which were scant one and a half ounce pours. We would each take ONE sip from the glass and pour out what was left. The woman working "joked" that we were drinking "too fast for them". Rude! read more

We had the best of times tonight. There was 11 of us and I want to say the food truck was beyond great. The guys were personable and the food was perfect. I recommend the broccoli side dish and the sandwiches were out of this world. We went to Pebblestone Cellars this summer and tried the Viognier. It was the best I've tried. This is a beautiful winery to visit with some really good wine! Highly recommend! This was our fifth winery we've tried in the Ashland/Jacksonville/Medford area so far. We tried a flight tasting and were so impressed. The owner was very informative and the Malbec is a must have. Pebblestone is a small winery near Phoenix Oregon. They do a fantastic job with all their wines, and have won numerous awards, including San Francisco Wine Chronicle tasting. The tasting room is small and intimate with a peaceful outdoor area. Their prices are reasonable and the wine club is one of the best values in the valley. Excellent, award-winning wines at great value; walked away with 3 bottles including the Pinot Gris, Melange, and a Syrah...and we joined the Wine Club! Friendly, knowledgable staff/owners who pleasantly addressed all questions & made sure everyone was happy. Quaint setting with homey tasting room and relaxing, tree-lined outdoor seating area. Pebblestone Vineyard has a lovely new barn style Tasting Room with a covered deck and umbrella tables for enjoying the spectacular views year round.
