The store was well stocked and they had the seasonal merchandise easily available. I also noticed a difference from my local store in a different state, that there was security measures that I was not used to. Most of the cosmetics were behind a plexiglass partition but there were holes big enough to take a piece but not to grab whole sections of products. The sales help was very nice and they greeted me upon entering and thanked me for shopping when leaving the register. I enjoyed my shopping experience and the variety of merchandise was excellent.

Personally, I love to duck in here and see what fun things they have and every time I remind myself that I should shop here more often, especially for office supplies and party supplies. I was also impressed to see the array of gardening supplies that were available on this day. The cashiers were very friendly. The location is very convenient to running multiple errands at once, grabbing a bite or a coffee, getting your nails done, what-have-you.

Clothing, kitchen, food, school, toys...there's seriously a lot of stuff in the downstairs area, it's basically a mini-department store. The furniture area takes up the entire second floor - my heart goes out to the employees that had to get all of that stuff up there! Really great selection of furniture for great prices. While they didn't have what I had in mind, it was definitely worth stopping by to look and there's a very good chance I'll be back in the future.

I mainly keep to the hair section. Need a wig, weave pieces, a turban, styling products? This place has got you. The makeup and earrings are in the hair section and I lose my shit every time I go in. Right now I am very into bold lipstick colors. I'm talking blue, green, you name it and this place has got all of them for $3.99 a pop. I can never leave with less than three. The earrings are large and in charge and range from $3.99 to $5.99. Before placing judgement that his place is "hood", I encourage you to visit. And she said no one can use our restrooms here. I could barely believe that news. I had to put the dresses down, and walk out. 1 star for this Ross Store…read more I purchased a pair of pliers on May 12, 2026, and after a few uses, I returned it on May 28, because the latch broke--likely due to poor material quality. When I tried to return it, the staff member, Marcel, accused me of breaking it myself, despite my explanation that it was already defective. She even questioned why I hadn't returned it earlier, as if I would return a perfectly working item. This entire experience was unprofessional. Marcel's handling of the return process was poor, and I wish she had better training in customer service. Otherwise, she would probably be better suited in the back room organizing clothes, as she is simply not competent in serving customers. I'm sharing this with my 115 million Google readers to warn them. Because of this, I will not be returning to this store. Additionally, this woman took the defective plier and did not give me my refund. I was also not provided a new return transaction receipt showing the item was processed back into inventory. I was only given my original receipt, so I am unsure whether the return was properly completed in the system, even though the product was taken back. She just gave me the old receipt back and no money was given. Usually, after a refund the cashier would give a new receipt along with the old and the money for the refund. It's about $7.00, so I guess she can keep it, but I will not be returning. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at a Ross location. What made the situation worse was the attitude and lack of professionalism during the interaction. Instead of trying to resolve the issue calmly or assist a paying customer, I felt like I was being blamed and dismissed over a low-cost defective item. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or accused when returning a broken product that clearly failed after normal use. I understand store policies exist, but there is also a proper way to speak to customers. A simple explanation, professionalism, and basic courtesy would have made a big difference. The way this situation was handled reflects poorly on the store's management and customer service standards. The worst service I ever had from this Filipino (Asian) woman.

Instead of simply telling us it was the last one, Joseph went above and beyond to see if there was another one available. While we were waiting, Joseph took the time to chat with us, which made the experience feel welcoming instead of stressful. It was also clear that he genuinely cared about his work, he was making sure everything around him was organized and looking good while helping customers. A big shout-out to Joseph and Eloisa for the excellent customer service. They made our visit enjoyable, and we really appreciate all the extra effort
