I immediately went to my local store and showed them my receipt. Since the picture of what I ordered and what I received they could not do the return in store. REALLY? The problem seems pretty obvious and was definitely NOT of my making.they wouldn't even do a store credit. MY receipt clearly showed what I ordered and how much I spent. They referred me to Marshall 1-800.I called on 5 separate days and spoke to 5 different people, each assuring me they would email a return label. I didn't get any return labels (yes, of course I checked my junk emails). This seems pretty incompetent considering the original order, and subsequent follow up emails were sent to the proper email address, clearly they have it. Yes, when Marshalls sent out a follow up on my shopping experience, I send a detailed email explains their mix up and the problem. I Amat a total loss and pretty disgusted with the entire process.

We ended up buying more than we intended, there were just way too much bargain buys! To top it off, there's a discount when you open a new account. So on top of the heavily discounted items we already got, the additional discount just by opening an account was just the cherry on top. Our cashier ( I hate that I forgot her name!) was incredibly kind and friendly. Service with a smile is always a plus PLUS! Boy, it makes me think that if only those other now-defunct stores gave the same kind of experience I got here, they might just still be open... maybe...

My…read moreissue is with a fitting room policy that makes absolutely no sense from a customer's perspective. I walked into the fitting room area with three shirts. The employee counted them which is completely reasonable. Then I was told I could not enter because they were not on hangers. I explained that I picked them up from the sales floor without hangers and asked for three hangers. They gave them to me but then told me I still had to place every shirt back onto the rack outside the fitting room before I could go in. So I had to hang the shirts on the rack outside the dressing room just so I could walk inside and immediately remove them again. There was no purpose to it other than creating extra work and slowing the process down. As I was leaving I watched another customer get stopped because she had not rehung her clothing before exiting. Customers are now expected to do work that fitting room attendants have always handled. Retail stores are competing with online shopping where convenience is everything. Policies like this make the in store experience slower more frustrating and less enjoyable. I hope someone at the corporate level reevaluates whether this policy is actually helping anyone because from a customer's perspective it only creates unnecessary inconvenience.

They carried grocery items, clothing, electronics, cookware as well as many other things. My son found a variety of things. He bought several snacks, some soaps, a pillow, as well as many other items. I like Target and decided to buy some collectibles for myself. The only thing that I was disappointed by was that only one checkout lane was open. It was a really long line so we decided to go to the self checkout. We got to a register and did it ourselves but it took awhile as we had so many items. The self checkout was much faster than waiting in the regular checkout line. Overall it was a great place to stop and get my college kid what he needed. He was able to stock up on groceries and other items, and I was able to add to my collection of scary items.

I just submitted a change, we'll see if it gets updated. It is a Kohl's store with a Sephora located inside of it. Even the signage on the building clearly says Kohl's + Sephora. Anyway, we had been to another location the day before to look for some dress shirts for hubby for an upcoming wedding that we are attending. Somehow we ended up with a wrong size shirt. The label on the shirt was what we needed but the sew in label says L, but we needed a M. We found the identical shirt in the correct size to take up to the checkout to exchange. As I passed by the Intimate's department, I couldn't help but notice the huge inventory of bras and panties. It was such a joy to have so much selection to look through! I found multiple bras to buy (because of course, it was buy one, get one half off, so you have to buy 2 if you're getting some). That really helps the cost seem more reasonable. I don't like paying full price for anything! It's great having so much selection to choose from and that you can try them on. So much better than buying online and have to ship back the rejects. We had bought a bunch of stuff at the other location and received Kohl's cash, so sometimes it's a pain to go an exchange or return because it impacts your Kohl's cash. Luckily, we found the correct size men's dress shirt and I had brought along the Kohl's cash and my receipt and the exchange was painless! I mentioned what a great big Intimate department that was located here. The sales clerk was very kind and had a nice smile and attitude! She thanked us for coming to this location and said that she hoped we would come back. Well, we ended up with even more Kohl's cash so next week we'll be back to spend it!
