Ordering was fast enough and I went with the Hook & Ladder. It took a while for my food to be ready, but they were not that busy. One of the Freestyle machines was also out of order. As with many places, Firehouse Subs isn't the cheapest place to get a sub, but they are delicious. This one does need a little work, however.

I will be there first thing in the morning with the wrong pizza with the ticket that was placed on the box to say that it was my order. So, they get zero starts from me. And I probably wouldn't be so mad, if the guy hadn't hung up the phone!! customer service really!! I nor my family will be eating here anymore. I want my money back since they can't get my order right and then be rude and hang up, who does that!
