Came here after not wanting to deal with the rude employees across the street at Hardee's, we came through this Dairy Queen drive-thru. Always a treat here! The person assisting us in the drive-thru was friendly and welcoming. Our food was prepared fresh and tasted very good. We have been to this location many times and never felt that anything was not the way it should be. From fresh hot food to smiling and happy customer service, we enjoy turning in here for lunch or a nice little ice cream treat in between meals, we always leave satisfied!! So much for Takeout Tuesday at DQ. My wife ordered 2 Chicken and Biscuit meals in the drive through and drove home to Glenwood just to find we received NO Gravy with our meals that cost us $18. The printed ads AND TV ads show GRAVY as part of the meal deal. My wife called DQ to complain and she was told she had to ask for the Gravy??? It is part of the DEAL FOLKS!!!!! Came in this evening. Guy was super nice but seems like the place is ran by a bunch of teens. Told them I wanted our order to go twice because we were in a hurry. I understand waiting for good food. But when everyone is standing around talking instead of doing their job. Definitely not paying attention to customers. Got our order wrong. Wasn't to go. Had to wait longer for them to bag it up. Fries were not fresh. After waiting for 20 minutes our food should have been piping hot. Definitely not satisfied. Employees just messing around spilling stuff and laughing. I went to the drive through just before 7pm I ordered tossed & sauced chicken tenders, my wife got a burger and fries, my 2 year old got a chicken tenders kids meal. We also ordered 2 blizzards and a small vanilla dish for my 2 year old. So my wife received a drink with her meal I did not. ( I was supposed to ) we also did not get the vanilla dish we paid for. After they gave us the drink and the 2 blizzards they told us to pull around as they were waiting on the tenders for the kids meal. 20 minutes later no food. So I walk inside, the guy working walks past me with my food and comes back and says "your foods outside, sorry to waste your time...." Ok, then I get home. My wife's drink is watered down because the ice melted, all the fries for the meals were cold and soggy. And my "sauced & tossed" tenders were dry as a bone. I ordered a 4 piece but it might as well have been a 2 & 1/2 piece. Also the toast that comes with it was burnt AF. Most likely won't be going back since I wasted $40.... Don't recommend. Visited on a not so busy night around 7 pm. Order was not taken correctly and I had to correct it. No big deal but the incompetence grew as I came to the window to receive my order. 2 items; a small royal blizzard and a med hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge. The sundae had hardly any fudge on it and when asked if it had extra, I was told yes that's extra. Hate to see the normal amount. Blizzard was horrible but what's worse is the lady making it had no clue how to make it and told someone else to do do it. That person got visibly upset and did it in a hurry and it looked and tasted like it was done in a hurry! I asked for my normal military discount they have given before and was told abruptly that "we don't do that here anymore". Then he proceeded to get more upset at the coworker. Really?? You want $15 an hour in these types of positions but can't be anywhere near professional,nor know your job??? Likely the last time I ever visit this DQ. I'd rather take a chance on a broken down McDonalds ice cream machine than to come here again!! read more

Ordered a chili dog and while the dog itself was good, it was the worst chili ever. It was actually black, like it had been overcooked and left on the burner. I had to scrape it off. It was bad enough to make me never want to return. read more

I haven't been to this DQ in awhile, but compared to the Madison Ave DQ, this one is amazing. The ice cream is creamy, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. So much better than other DQ's in town. My hot fudge sundae yesterday was amazing. read more

Decent food, just kind of shitty. Dining area is a bit dirty, and I wouldn't recommend the bathrooms. Service is nice though.

This Dairy Queen had the worst service and was completely filthy. The vanilla shake I ordered through the drive thru had something black floating in it. I went into the building to let them know this and asked for a refund. I have never been treated with such disrespect at a fast food establishment. We will never return there and will advise others to do the same. I wish I didn't have to pick one star but it would not let me proceed otherwise. read more
