Went thru drive thru and JJ took very good care of me. He was super friendly and recommended food items to me. Next time you go to DQ get the turtle pecan with brownie and hopefully JJ takes good care of you as he did me. read more

No stars for this establishment. They tried to blame Doordash for delivering rock hard chicken straps and said it was the doordashers fault when they cooked the food. Didn't try to make it right and yelled at my daughter and I. Yelled at us and completely refused to do anything about it. They should be ashamed of themselves. The managers name is Nick. Apparently Doordarshan people cook dairy queens food in their cars and it's their fault the food is rock hard not dairy queen. Completely unethical!!!!!! read more

I don't expect too much from DQ. You pretty much know what you're going to get. Rarely eat at any of them but we decided to stop in on our way through town for ice cream. Let me start off by saying that we we were waiting for our college aged son to meet us so had a few minutes to think about if I REALLY wanted to eat anything out of this kitchen. We ended up ordering ice cream and sat down to wait. One other family was seated at a booth, the rest was empty. The place was absolutely filthy. FILTHY. Dirty tables. Dirty floors. Dirty drink machine and counter. Dirty windows and doors. Every surface was disgusting. When we finally got our order I noticed that they used chocolate sauce and not hot fudge on my sundae. So went up to the counter to ask if it was possibly a mistake or I got someone else's, as the drive through line was out into the street they were busy back there. She said they use the same sauce, just the one for hot fudge is warmed.....ohhhhk. She was very nice and offered to remake it, but chocolate sauce and hot fudge aren't the same thing so I declined. Should have gone with my gut initially and found another ice cream place. At any rate, the staff was nice but this place needs a DEEP CLEAN ASAP, with the state of the public areas I'd hate to see what the actual kitchen looks like. ::shudder:: read more

Very Slow. I have waited in excess of 15 minutes on multiple occasions. Don't expect them to ask you for condiments, especially taco sauce. So be sure to ask. Also be sure to keep an idea of what you owe. The recipes provided are not itemized and I have been OVER charged more than once. Also the drive through speaker/mic is garbage and you practically have to yell your order at them most of the time. And then hope they got it right. read more

Service is fine and all, but the drive thru is not really made for larger trucks. You'd think in a town where 95% of the vehicles are large trucks they would better accommodate them with a longer trip wire. Someone called the restaurant to let them know I was sitting in the drive thru because I was parked probably three inches too far from the speaker. The only reason for the extra space is so I could make the tiny corner to get to the window. The drive thru has a sharp corner that causes customers to dip into the space of the road it runs parallel with. So, in turn because I was sitting a little too far from the speaker to make a turn I held up the line. Stephenville needs a better trip wire for the drive thru speaker. read more

Wow one of the worst Dairy Queen's I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I have been here multiple times (20+) just to give them a chance at improving on any front but I am majorly dissatisfied. Wait time? Try around twenty minutes on average. Food quality? Burnt to a crisp and lacking in flavor. Customer service? You are better off walking in and asking another customer to help you. I have asked repeatedly if there is a specific reason that my small tender combo takes 20 mins and why I have to pull out of the drive thru and into the parking lot when there are no other customers. If you are considering eating here then think again and find one in another town. read more

Slow service and they make really bad blizzards. It's basically soft serve in a cup, they hardly put anything in it. Also, don't bother ordering extra stuff in your blizzard here. It's just a way for them to rip you off. Finally, the fried food is always over cooked and the fries are dark and dry. If I could have given them zero stars, I would have. read more

1 star service. I was going to give them a 2 cause there food isn't terrible but after I had to Burger King I realized their food isn't that great anyway. I went through the DT and paid and they told me to drive around and wait. I pulled up front in a yellow loading zone for handicapped cause there was no other parking in front and waited. I could see them giving me dirty looks and making comments to one another about my parking decision. I then moved to a spot farther away directly in front of the doors so I could drive up and get it so she didn't have to walk. The girl literally came out and acted like she didn't see us. I even tooted the horn when she turned around to walked inside to get her attention and she completely ignored it. Did I make someone mad??? Maybe they're super defensive of handicapped spaces??? I guess I'll never know. I went in and got my food and I could see them messing around and giggling to one another. At this point I didn't feel comfortable eating a spit burger from some high school kids so I got a refund. For a chain that's struggling to stay in the game they should really take time with their employees for customer service. Thanks Burger King!!! read more

By someone that said "here's your order" I sat back and waited for her to come back knowing it was a mistake. She never did and when they asked who ordered my menu selection, I stayed quiet. Why?
