Paradise Roll, Dancing Eel Roll, & Ponzu.
    A D.

My favorite place in town for sushi! The Dancing Eel roll is my favorite & the Paradise roll is surprisingly fantastic! Love the Dancing Eel with crunchy on top & a side of ponzu. The sweet & savory was great in the Paradise.

Great sushi choices here in Stephenville. Lunch menu rocks with two rolls for $10.95 or three for $14.95 (M-Sat 11am-3pm). We usually come for dinner as we tend to eat several sushi rolls along with sampling other items on their extensive menu. They also have really good hibachi items - I love the steak! They have some weird hours, but we're happy Enoki is here as we enjoyed sushi often in Austin.

Food is so good! I had a Godzilla and mango dragon roll. Such great flavors! Arrived very quickly. I will be returning to see what else they offer.

    Steak Hibachi and Salmon Roll

Do not order steak hibachi here nor salmon rolls. Very disappointing. The salmon was not fresh or cold - was warm. Steak was rubbery and tasted awful.

Sitting here after enjoying my Philadelphia roll at Enoki sushi in Stephenville. I was surprised to find such a delicious sushi restaurant in all places! This is such a gem in a sea of chain restaurants! My friends and I took a chance coming here and we would definitely take that change again and again. The people were super welcoming and friendly and we felt right at home. I also decided to get a glass of their Fuji apple sake which was so refreshing and delicious! My friends got a couple of rolls and some fried rice and it was amazing! Everything was super fresh and just delightful. Our waitress was so nice and took the time to break everything down for us and make it easy! We all appreciated it. Our food came out pretty quickly and we were able to sit and chit chat afterwards. I definitely would come back here if I am in Stephenville again! I would recommend coming here if you need a sushi fix and passing through!

    California Roll and Dumpling Soup

Our first visit after hearing about this place from a friend. The restaurant is pleasant and clean. Nothing too special but appealing nonetheless. The menu has many options to choose from. My wife ordered the Lo Mein and I ordered a California roll and Dumpling Soup. The food was tasty and portion control was good. Service was efficient and our order was correct. I believe we'll be back for another meal in the future.

    Udon noodles with shrimp

Stopped in for the first time today. Ordered #6 and #7 specialty rolls. Both tasted good but they both fell apart. I think it was a combination of not using enough rice to bind the roll together as well as the rolls being sliced incorrectly. I was so excited for the next entree: 2 orders of stir fried udon noodles with shrimp. This was a major disaster. This dish was drowning in sauce. It was an unappealing mound of salty brown sauce and overcooked noodles served in chipped bowls. It was inedible. I ate the 6 shrimp and that was it. The waitress took $5 off the bill but because the manager wasn't there, that was all she could do.

    Salad

This was one of my friend's favorite places in Stephenville, so I came very excited. The restaurant has a lowkey, intimate aesthetic inside. The salad had some water at the bottom of the bowl and the soup was a bit on the saltier side. As for the main entree, the sashimi pieces were wonderful; huge slices that hit just the right spot. And the shrimp tempura was amazingly crisp. As for the dumplings, they were a bit soggy on the bottom and the lo mein was too oily for my liking--almost every noodle was drenched in oil. Overall, the food is okay and decent but there are a couple of things that could be improved. For the price I paid, I expected better quality. I recommend this place if you're craving sushi, but if you're looking for high quality, you won't find it here.

Sunday roll is so good! I like the atmosphere. It's not a bad place for stephenville being so limited on Asian cuisine.

5-Star Review for Miyako Sushi in Granbury We've been coming…read moreto Miyako for years and it's still our favorite sushi spot in Granbury! The sushi is consistently fresh and delicious they have an excellent variety of both creative rolls and high-quality sashimi. My personal favorite is the Submarine Bowl with sashimi it's always a winner. The food and service are outstanding every single time. The staff is genuinely helpful, happy to make recommendations if you're unsure what to order, and they make you feel welcome whether you're stopping in solo, as a couple at the sushi bar, or with the whole family. We love sitting at the hibachi tables when the kids and grandkids join us everyone has a great time. If you're in Granbury and craving sushi (or hibachi), Miyako is the place to go. Fresh ingredients, friendly atmosphere, and reliable quality highly recommend!

If you are…read morein Granbury and want sushi there isn't a lot of options but luckily this place can fill the needs of a sushi eating person. The prices are a bit high compared to a big city with lots of competition but not having to drive 50 miles to a big city helps offset the cost. I was with 3 other people, 2 of the others were taking out the other one and said they would pay for their meal because it was their birthday but weren't going to pay for mine because they said I eat too much at sushi places :-) That's okay because I always feel like I should order the cheapest stuff if someone else is paying for it. I didn't have to worry about how much it cost and I wasn't looking at the prices. Everything all of us had was great. I only had sushi but others did have other things as well. My sushi was all fresh tasting. This was lunch time on a Wednesday. Turns out the tab for the other 3 people was 65.25 and mine was 65.26 so guess they were right!

Hatsuyuki Handroll Bar is a Japanese hand roll restaurant that focuses on fresh seafood,…read moremade-to-order sushi, and a more interactive dining experience. We walked into a space centered around sitting at the bar and watching the chefs prepare each hand roll in front of us, which gave the meal a more personal feel compared to a traditional sushi restaurant. The setup is smaller and more intimate, making the experience feel closer to a sushi bar rather than a casual meal spot. The biggest highlight is the quality of the fish and the hand rolls themselves. The seafood tastes fresh, clean, and carefully prepared, with options like salmon belly, otoro, kanpachi, and crab hand rolls standing out. We ordered a few different rolls and found each one well executed, with the fish having a clean, bright flavor that did not rely on heavy sauces or toppings. Each roll is made individually, so the nori stays crisp and the textures come through better than pre-made sushi. The menu has a good balance of classic choices and more creative combinations, making it easy to try different flavors throughout the meal. The chef interaction adds another layer to the visit. Since everything is prepared right in front of you, we could see the attention put into each piece, from assembling the ingredients to serving it at the right moment. The chefs were precise in their movements and took the time to explain the different fish and flavor profiles, which made the meal feel more like an experience rather than just ordering sushi off a menu. One thing to plan for is the wait. Hatsuyuki does not take reservations, and the popularity means there can be a significant line during busy hours. We arrived earlier and found it helped us avoid a longer wait. Seating is limited, but that also helps maintain the quality and atmosphere of the restaurant. The intimate size of the bar means the service stays focused and the pacing remains personal, even when the restaurant is full. Hatsuyuki Handroll Bar is one of the stronger sushi experiences in the area for anyone who enjoys fresh seafood and a more curated dining style. The wait can be a downside, but the quality of the fish, chef preparation, and overall atmosphere make it worth visiting, especially if you are looking for something beyond standard sushi rolls. The focus on craftsmanship and the personal interaction with the chefs elevate the meal into something more memorable than a typical sushi stop.

We ended up waiting about an hour and a half, even though we noticed other people arriving after us and getting seated right away while we were still waiting. That felt pretty uncalled for, especially since other guests who arrived after us were seated first, and a few other couples agreed. That being said, the sushi was delicious, and the service was very attentive and friendly. I just wish the seating process had been handled better.

We understand every hibachi chef has their own style, but the constant humming and singing throughout the entire meal was distracting rather than entertaining. More importantly, the food was terrible--burnt vegetables, overcooked rice, excessive oil and butter, and very little flavor. Wanting to give the restaurant another chance, we returned a few weeks later. We specifically told our server we did not want to be seated with that chef and were willing to wait. After being moved to a different table, ordering our food, receiving drinks and appetizers, and waiting over 40 minutes, we were finally told that due to another chef leaving, we would have no choice but to use the same chef we had requested not to have. The problem wasn't the emergency--the problem was the complete lack of communication. By that point we had already invested time, ordered food, and waited. When we decided to leave, we were still charged for our drinks and appetizer. The manager's response was basically that the chef didn't want to cook for us either. To top it off, the floors are consistently sticky and the bathrooms need attention. It's disappointing because this used to be one of our favorite local restaurants, but poor management, poor communication, and declining cleanliness have lost us as customers.
