We happened to be passing through and decided to stop in. Carlos was our server and he was on top of things and he offered great customer service. A bean bowl is a more-than-adequate container that holds a mixture of sliced sausage, chopped brisket, and pinto beans. I like to think of it as an MMM (that stands for "macho Manly meal."
