Do not let your under age child work at this establishment. The management is unprofessional and unorganized. There is little to no training or encouragement to see the young workers grow. They constantly call them off. Which will lead to you as a parent having to look at your child in disappointment when they just wanna work. And as the parent you plan your day to give them a ride to just find out oh sike never mind! Oh but wait the 7 PM- 9 PM shift is always available! Probably because Eric and Victoria are at home while still on the clock enjoying their 2 hot dogs and XL blizzard that they took home for free before they come back to close for the night while your child is working the 7 to 9 PM shift. I understand parents wanting to work, but it always made me sick to my stomach to see that baby being dragged out of the house at night so that they can close down the store without supervising the child in the back. The scheduling is awful. Most of these kids do not have a car and rely on parents for rides, which is never taken in consideration. They don't give a shit about your kid. Such a Horrible experience for my child in professional environment and I pray for any kid who has to work with Kathy, Victoria, and Eric. Ordered a blue raspberry Misty, and what the kid handed to me was almost completely melted. I'm not sure why they thought it was okay to serve someone this. He would not help us, would not even say he was sorry he couldn't help us. We knew he was going to say no, but he did not have to be such an ass about it all. Not too much to say about this location, they make their ice cream the proper way and have friendly staff members. There are only a few tables inside like most DQ shops, this one may actually be one of the smaller ones I've been to. Parking is easy, they are located in a plaza with shared parking. read more

After a long trek on our bikes we stopped by Dairy Queen, because we deserved it! I haven't had a Dilly bar in years, so we got both the chocolate one and the cherry one. Both were delicious. We also got an arctic rush to drink, which caused several brain freezes. I didn't learn my lesson :) Plus I was so thirsty! No complaints about this Dairy Queen since we got our treats fast and there was outside seating. We'll be back! read more

i would say you could come here if your only looking to have a nice afternoon with only ice cream. there are friendly workers. the only thing i would say that kind of stinks is that there is not food. they only have a few options of a hot dog, no fries or chicken like most dairy queen's. but it's a nice little spot to have family time and enjoy there delicious ice cream. read more

I stopped in yesterday 07/07/18 for a couple large Blizzards. I waited about five minutes at the counter while I heard voices talking in the back room and no one coming to wait on me. Then several more people came in and still no one came out! I left, deciding that you don't want my business. If the owners are working, I'll come in. Otherwise, there's other locations to go to. We ordered a blizzard cake for my father's birthday, just as we do every year. They made the wrong cake and decorated it rather poorly. After pointing this out, they insisted we were wrong. They went so far as to call the woman that took our order at home, where she assured them that she was 100% sure we were wrong. It apparently didn't matter that we've been ordering the exact same cake for years. They eventually made the correct cake, but with no apology and a poor attitude. we pulled up and there were a significant amount of cars--we committed to wait. we waited for about 45 minutes, which when we got to the window: we understood why. several issues with the order: we stated twice at the drive thru window we would like a cherry topped ice cream in a dish,no cone (which we hoped that since we said it twice, it would have been listened to); two funnel cakes, one a la mode; an ice water; and a pup cup. we get up to the window, funnel cake a la mode and pup cup come out fine. however, everything else did not come out the way it should have been. the other funnel cake was soggy, like it had been sitting for a longer period of time. the next issue: the ice cream without a cone....came with a cone in a dish and it was being dipped in the cherry topping, instead of no cone, which then again, we told her for the third time. when the items were sent back, we heard the manager ask the worker, "what's wrong now?" in an unprofessional and extremely condescending tone, toward us or toward the worker: doesn't matter--neither customer nor employee should have to listen to someone be condescending toward them. finally, there was no ice in the ice water and the when we did ask for ice, they gave us enough ice to last us until we got out of the parking lot. we left extremely unhappy and by the time all the issues were fixed, everything that came out correct began to get soggy. terrible time and terrible experience. read more
