Totally worth it. The guy working was really nice and let us read the entire menu without hovering over us, he also made an effort to make some conversation while he made our orders. We were in an out in under 10 minutes. Ice cream was the perfect texture and portion, I got a custom order with Brownies and salted caramel (left) and my Fiance got Dana's Delight (right). we will definitely be stopping by again to try some other creations! read more

Disappointed to say the least in this store. It was going to be my first time trying, my dad was in town visiting as well. We arrived ~15mins before closing and still plenty of people inside, the doors were locked and the employees wouldn't even look up at the door as we're standing there as other customers are looking. If you're going to close before the posted times, you should change your times for that time then. Losing business and people wanting to return for a second time. read more

The children who work here are so unprofessional it's disgusting and unsanitary. Do NOT come here unless you want hair rolled up in your icecream and they reuse their utensils without properly cleaning them. This is literally a biohazard and to add on their workers look about twelve years old and they close the establishment on their own. Where is the laws and regulations??? Disgusting. read more

Note that they have a food truck that apparently tours the country and I was able to try them out in Arizona. I've never had rolled ice cream before so this was a pleasant surprise. Since it was the food truck version, we don't get access to their complete menu so I got a Totally Henry's Obsession which is a vanilla ice cream base, red velvet ice cream and two small pieces of red velvet cake. I added the optional whipped cream and chocolate sauce. The texture was smooth and flavorful. I got a large and it cost me $10 total. I appreciated the fact that they were upfront and told me that I would get an extra charge if I used card instead of cash; I absolutely hate hidden fees so this was a boon. If you've never tried rolled ice cream before, you really ought to try this place. read more

Such a cute, fun spot for a unique ice cream experience! The best part is watching them make your rolled ice cream. It's like a fun treat and a little show. The branding and atmosphere is so great. They have a fun wall for photos, a couch with pillows to enjoy your ice cream at, and a huge board of ice cream flavors to choose from if you don't decide to make your own creation. The space is new and clean and bright with tons of natural lighting. read more

So cool and tasty!!! Finally made it out to Totally Tolled Ice Cream on this beautiful Saturday afternoon. Was extremely excited to get out here for their vegan options. During COVID-19 review: Saturday 1:30pm and it was quiet! We decided to not wear masks since there was no one inside. 1 worker was working and she did not wear a mask either. Shop was very clean and pretty. Brightly lit and great simple decor. We ordered 2 small orders and 1 medium. Total came to $17.21 The vegan ice cream option is made of cashew milk/cream and they had 6 vegan mix ins written on the menu. They didn't count peanut butter, graham crackers, and Oreos as a vegan option. Notes: *The vegan ice cream is an extra $1.00 charge. *the cashew ice cream kind of has a hint of coconut flavor to it. Which i like. Others may not. For the Signature Rolls, #3 Root Beer Float and #5 Totally Dana's Delight can be made vegan. My husband made his own: vanilla ice cream and Heath bar mix ins and extra caramel. All was 100% delicious! Overall it was a fun place to visit for a quick treat. The cons that came up: Downside to payment was the credit card system charges a 4% credit card processing fee. I don't know if the other businesses around charge this fee. And the parking lot was very hard to leave as cars were coming in and lining up for Smoothie King; blocking me in the parking spot for a while. We will visit again and recommend for all; those with friends and family who can have dairy and who cannot. Great options for all! read more

This place is so cool! Came here with the kiddos and was met with a positive vibe from the two young men working the store. We had never been here and we're fully impressed to have all of our questions and request handled with a warm smile and spectacular customer service. We all choose different menu options to meet our tastes and we're all incredibly pleased with our entire experience. Would highly recommend! read more

I bought this and there was no line at Peoria Soorts complex game. After 30 minutes, it still wasn't ready. I asked for a refund and they said they don't know how to give a refund. I said we can't wait any longer and told them they should tell people it's 30 minute wait. So I paid and got nothing after 30 minutes . Terrible customer service. read more

How fun is this concept!? This is an ideal dessert location for everyone. There are options for vegans too! The menu can be overwhelming with their favorite combinations, but don't be afraid to create your own. I ordered the Totally Cookie Dough, my sister got the Totally S'mores, and her boyfriend go the Totally Brian's Funky Monkey! You could literally taste the campfire in the Totally S'mores. The vegan menu had more than one flavor, and the menu says it's made with cashew milk. They also offer vegan add-ins. Side note, vegan options do have an additional charge. After ordering, you get to watch the assembly of your ice cream / non-dairy treat! Kind of like Coldstone Creamery. Overall, this was a fun place to visit for a treat. The facility is clean, and the staff friendly. I would recommend visiting. read more

Yum! Who doesn't love ice cream! What a fun experience to watch your ice cream being made in front of you! I created my own and did a chocolate base and added chocolate chip cookie dough and oreo! They had a huge variety of fruit add ins, candy & cookie add ins and other fun things like pretzels and chips! They had tons of sauces and flavored whipped creams. The owner talked about having vegan choices and how he plans on adding more vegan options. Not only do they have the Mills Civic location but a truck that they take to events. read more

We had three totally different, all incredible, flavor combinations. Cookies & Cream was the overall winner. The girls don't love coffee, so I ate all of the Starbucks Mocha totally rolled. Then I finished the funky monkey after the girls are their fair share I'd recommend this place - we had a great date night. It is clean, great customer service, and a delicious product. read more

Came here with my daughter to have some ice cream because I heard it is mighty good. It was in fact very good and great that they offered different sizes for rolled ice cream. The setup was nice since they had cute little tables for kids and a couch lounging area. They offered plenty of flavors and their small size for $4.50 wasn't even that small and plenty big enough to satisfy anybody looking for an ice cream fix. At $6.50 for large, it was more than enough for the both of us. Will be back for more. read more

I should have prepared in my mind what combination I wanted ahead of time, because the list is so intimidating. I just went back to a time when i loved to go to Stella's and split a chocolate banana milk shake with my friend. So I went with that. But in my mind I'm wondering how are they going to get the banana into those rolls. Be still my mind, it all works out. It kind of reminds me of HuHot with all the chopping. I also watched them do it to a big marshmallow for the smores ice cream. Pick your flavor of ice cream, your fillings and topping. The ice cream was yummy and it was fun to watch them create the masterpiece. read more

The ice cream is yummy and I'm so happy to have vegan options, though it's quite expensive given the quantity. The service is extremely slow. The owner/manager doesn't care about the well being of his employees or guests with his disregard for COVID masks. Most guests in the establishment weren't wearing masks, even while they weren't eating. The place is always full of teens and is staffed by teens. read more

Yummy ice cream! I had the Nutty Buddy ice cream which was full of flavors. The only problem I had was the toughness of the ice cream. It was a bit hard to dig my spoon into but the amazing flavor made up for it. Their service was quick, the line was long so it was a reasonable wait time to receive my ice cream. Definitely recommend! read more

Service and ice cream was great. But maybe a little music would help? Great Mother's Day special.

My daughter and I attended a church service at Impact Church in Arizona that they had their ice cream truck at and I have to say we really enjoyed our Totally rolled experience. They were so nice and helpful. They were super sweet to my daughter who wanted a photo with a police officer on their red carpet. The ice cream was well proportioned and delicious! My daughter ate all her chocolate ice cream! That says a lot as 3 year olds dont typically finish all of anything haha And I got bacon ice cream because where can you get that?!? Exactly! It was amazing! Quite possibly my favorite ice cream ever! I am super sad to see they are in Iowa though as we really need this place in Arizona! Please come back soon. read more

I went in today (May 1st, 2023) because I've heard a lot of great stuff about this place, walking in, everything is very clean and I was greeted by the man behind the counter (he was the only one out in the open at the time), he explained how the menu system worked and took my order. He was very kind throughout my whole experience and was very engaging and made the experience fun, I even bought s'mores ice cream and he put on a show! The ice cream was a definite 11/10! They play music in the store, it's all family friendly so it's definitely great for kids. My only complaint was the other two employees that were working. The two girls were together in the bathroom (they walked out while I was waiting for it) and while the restroom was very nice and clean, I was instantly hit with the smell of vape juice and even caught a glimpse of one in one of the female employee's hand as she slipped it into her pocket. When the girls were out behind the counter, they sat on their phones doing nothing while the young man walked around cleaning, putting everything in its place, and restocking things. He definitely deserves a raise as he was basically working alone and there was very little he could do to make the other two work. I'm surprised the girls have jobs still quite frankly. I rate this experience highly, especially if you get the young man (he has blonde dreadlocks) as a sever, (I'm sure many of the other employees are great too, but I can really only base my review off of the ones that were there.) definitely coming back! If I could rate the employees individually, the girls are definitely a zero and the young man is a five star employee for sure. read more

Such an interesting concept that I've recently been introduced to. The rolled I've cream thing! Really pretty cool and fascinating to me to watch the process of making these yummy rolls of ice cream. It's all part of the fun of coming here you get to watch your order being made. A little pricey, but not too bad considering the ingredients and a small seems to be plenty enough to satisfy my craving. Overall a fun little place to stop for a snack or dessert if you happen to be out and about in the area. read more

My husband and I went as we were craving ice cream. The high school girls were nice however, we won't go again. We went today with our family to check this place out. I've been to a "rolled ice cream" place before and wasn't impressed so I wasn't expecting much but my wife wanted to check it out. However this experience was different, they had unique mix-in's and great pre-made recipes if you're not brave enough to make your own. The Ice Cream itself was creamy and delicious, and I enjoyed my "Root Beer Float" however I agree with Steve (one of the owners) that it needs either those old fashioned root beer hard candies or maybe a root beer gummy or something to finish it out, but apparently he was outvoted, I demand a recount! Service was good, the staff were all very friendly, and the place was clean and inviting, we will be back read more

I got a small vanilla rolled ice cream with oreo and cookie dough toppings. First of all, the person making my food was not wearing a mask. The ice cream itself was bland. I could barely taste the ice cream. The cookie dough had a stale taste like it had been left open in the fridge for too long. The small was $6 and it was definitely not worth it. read more

The place is very well decorated and they have quite a few stations to make the rolled ice cream. The staff was all super friendly. They have a large seating area from the out side I wouldn't have guessed that. Today I tried the Starbucks #11 on the menu. They asked if I wanted mocha or vanilla. I'm more of a vanilla guy myself. They started with vanilla cream and then added starbucks frappuccino. Topped it off with whipped topping and a cookie. It was a good light flavor of frappuccino. This was for sure one of the best rolled ice cream I have had so far. It was light and sweet but not over powering that killed the taste of the ice cream. The owner was explaining about the vegan options that he has that no one else has with the coconut cream and lots of add in flavoring that all let's the vegan or lactose intolerant have flavors and ice cream they may have never had before. The prices are quite comparable to the other rolled ice cream shops I have been to. This is one place I'm sure I will make another stop at and try other flavors and combinations. read more

This place is awesome. I am a big fan of the rolled icecream. This may be the best I've been to. They have an entire wall full of predetermine options (literally), it you can also customize things as well. The flavor and quality though was unexpectedly tremendous.
