Me and my husband stopped in for lunch the other day, and we just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our visit. Everyone was so friendly. We were greeted when we walked in and thanked when we left, and that really meant a lot to us.The young teenager who took our order was so polite and patient. I understand its a chain, but, I love the custard. C - Car side service, or drive through or dine in U - Utterly delicious chocolate custard -easy on the tummy. It's about the food but it's also about expectations. Everyone is understaffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. The staff working were polite and helpful A nice normal Culver's. The restaurant was clean. The service was fast and efficient .The food was good and solid, hot and delicious, and the portions were really normal. I had the Children's meal which included a single patty, small fries and a small drink. I get the root.beer which I enjoy. It includes a scoop of the daily custard or a token. People of any age can order a kid's meal and as a person of a certain age I find it is the perfect serving amounts for me it's about $7.50. read more

Culver's is a great gluten free quick restaurant when traveling. I grabbed a butter burger with a gluten free bun on my most recent trip. I went through the drive through and it didn't take long to get a burger. I appreciate that they have gluten free buns that they heat up in plastic bags making it safer with cross contamination. I didn't think to order custard but wish I had! There is a large restaurant if you plan on going in and the service and price were great. Love Culver's!! However, we will not come back to this location. The food came out fairly quickly, which was nice. When we started eating, we noticed a hair in my fish platter and went up front to ask for a new meal. It happened, and I wasn't upset, but didn't feel like looking for Belair throughout my lunch. When I showed them the mishap up front, it took 3 employees to inspect the plate and then pick out the hair and show it to me... not sure what the point was, as I had shown them the issue. After trying to convince me to just take my food back and eat it, now that the hair is removed; they realized I was expecting a new meal, which I then received. The fish was dripping of oil and had no flavor. I wanted to like this place but the fried food all tastes the same. From fires, onion rings to the curds it was difficult to taste anything beyond it being fried. I would recommend the double burger for anything you order as they are pretty thin. If you get a single and any other toppings be prepare to taste those topping and not the meat patty. First time I've ever visited Culver's and my experience was excellent. We sat inside. The tables were socially distant with some 10 other booths occupied. My buddy got the cheeseburger and I got a chicken salad. The chicken salad was good. The vegetables were fresh and the size was just right. The chicken was fresh and hot as were the cashews. I'm not sure why this place gets bad reviews. I came here twice and the food was consistently good. The first time, drive thru was long so it did take 15 mins to get our food. But that makes sense on a super busy Friday night with 20 cars in the drive thru. Second time we decided to go inside since the line was long again. Here are my thoughts on what we ordered: Butter burger deluxe- high quality burger with meat you can tell that just came off the griddle and not in some heater. You can really taste the smokiness and crisp edges on the beef. One of the best fast food burgers I've had to date! Spicy chicken sandwich- husband ordered this and it has a kick! I would rank it one of the top chicken sandwiches besides Chick fil A Onion rings- by far one of the best onion rings I've had anywhere. They have an extremely crispy but light batter. Doesn't feel too heavy and gross for fried food Chili cheese fries- damn these were good! You get a big portion and their chili is on point! Custard- I have been missing out!! i came to this culver's at 9pm on a Wednesday night, very excited for my 4pc chicken tenders with fries, and my chocolate reese's concrete mixer, only to be very disappointed. The food came out very quick which was nice, however my order was completely messed up! i ordered just as i had said above, and received a 4pc chicken tender meal with NO FRIES ( as i had asked for them when ordering through the drive thru ) on top of that disappointment i tasted my ice cream, which was not what i ordered and instead was a chocolate concrete mixer with bananas in it! ew! this place had one other car in the drive thru, with two cars in the parking lot. they were not busy at all! i'm very disappointed with this culver's experience and will not be visiting here again. read more

We stopped in for 2 baskets and were there for 45 min before our food was ready. When we got our burgers, they were cold. The whole restaurant was full, and all of the customers were either up at the counter waiting on food or speaking with employees about getting the wrong order, not getting their things, etc. It seemed like some employees really wanted to do a good job, but they just got so far behind that it was really difficult to come back from. Came in to this Culver's on a busy Saturday afternoon expecting the wait to be longer than usual. I was pleasantly surprised the service was so quick. Huge props to Daniel the super polite young man who took our order quickly and efficiently. Staying at a nearby hotel during Covid times. Super fresh burger - I had the single bacon deluxe. Loved the light mayo and fresh bun, bacon was crispy and just the right saltiness. Fresh tomato, shredded iceberg and a slice of onion hit the spot. Felt like sumer time for sure! Friendly servers - but they do need to pay better attention to mask-wearing - gotta have it over your nose too, especially when you are working with people's food. Kinda defeats the purpose of curbside ordering. The drive through is a complete nightmare, it takes anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes after you pay waiting in a parking spot to get your food. We normally like Culver's but this location does not maintain the same level of quality as other locations. We stopped on a late Sunday afternoon (1/4/15) and ordered burgers and cheese curds. The burgers were burnt while the cheese slices were ice cold. The cheese curds were so overcooked either the cheese had fried to a crisp inside the breading or had completely leaked out of the breading. We came here on a Sunday afternoon it wasn't very busy compared to other times I've seen. The bad experience started at the ordering station in the drive . Couldn't understand what the woman was saying through the speaker hardly but when we were ordering she got an attitude with us like we didn't order or say the right thing properly .. when we were done ordering the speaker was silent and we heard nothing and decided to pull forward . When we asked her to repeat the order she had it wrong. Again having a bit of an attitude throughout the interaction as if people coming to this location are a nuisance. The wait time for the food was a be very long time also. I will not return to this Culver's or maybe any of them if this is how they want their place of business represented.
