I had to do a YELP shout out review for this Wendy's! While it's a fast food restaurant you'd never know it with the way you are treated and the clean lobby and classical music playing. We were greeted by 4 different employees. All have smiles and seem to be enjoying their day. Our order was accurate and fresh! While enjoying our lunch the employees were hard at work cleaning the counter and kitchen area. Still all had smiles and friendly conversation. The faucet in the women's restroom doesn't work, so do female employees wash their hands? Try not to think about it. The restroom also needed to be re-stocked with paper. TERRIBLE customer service. I wish I could leave 0 stars. We were the only customers at the entire building and it still took 10m to take our order. Finally got up to the window and you could hear everyone working making fun of us for waiting. Even mocking our sentences over and over. This went on for another 10m while they made our food. When we arrived the staff was very inviting and the dining room was very organized and clean! The condiment station was very neat and organized and you can tell it has been very well kept ... as customers left the manager went out of his way to that them for dining and immediately came out and collected the tray and wiped their table down!! I wanted to say that the staff at this location was very courteous and helpful when we were there the other day. One worker actually offered to carry the tray for a customer bc he walked with a walker. It was a nice change of place vs a teenager that doesn't care about anything but then selves. Looking for a good fast food burger without breaking the bank? Look no further! I came to this specific Wendy's based on the excellent reviews from my fellow yelpers and I sure am glad I did! I got a double cheeseburger meal and the burger was juicy and big and full of all the goodness you'd expect in a restaurant burger in my opinion. One of the things I've always loved about Wendy's is the fries!! So salty and so yummy! Hands down my favorite fries and I'd come here again and again for those delightful little chunks of fried potatoes! They weren't piping hot like I love, just Luke warm, but still oh so good. I think I found my new fast food burger joint when I'm around urbandale looking for a quick bite to eat. And boy were they quick! Just impressed with this establishment. Good job Wendy's. I was out doordashing for hours and I arrive at this Wendy's on 100th. This was my 3rd and last time coming to this establishment. For starters every time I've come through it's always been the same old man with a grumpy attitude. Always extremely short with customers. As I was coming through the drivethru yesterday and tried to pickup an order and get a large fry for myself and the prick proceeded to tell me that it's illegal to buy food while door dashing which is completely false there's no policy or law saying that. If I owned this place I would fire "Dave" because he's the laziest rudest worker I've ever experienced. If you see this Dave my message to you is if you don't wanna do your job there's probably another fast food place you can find. Completely ridiculous!! read more

This Wendy's is ULTRA fast! I ordered small fries, frosty, and a cheeseburger thru the drive thru and within a minute the food was ready. What's best about Wendy's is that the ingredients are fresh! Of course, freshness comes at a cost because all three things cost me about $6 which I thought was more on the expensive side--compared to other fast food establishments. But for the quality of food, I think its worth it. The staff here was friendly. read more

Food is always fresh, staff are friendly. There's rarely a wait even during the lunch rush.

I usually use the drive thru which isn't the best layout with parking surrounding the drive thru line, but need not worry if the line is long! The people working there keep it moving extremely fast and have yet to mistake an order. If Wendy's corporate reads these reviews, model other franchises after this one!
