Service took a few minutes through the drive-through, but it was exactly as I ordered, hot and fresh, and they are simply trying to move the line along to give other people a chance to place their order. Ignore the three stars on this place. They are working hard to meet the demand that their restaurant attracts. Think about that.

Definitely a no-frills type of meal. I ordered the pork Luau "dish" and Mr W ordered the Huli Huli chicken. The Luau is very mushy as if it was sitting in juices for a long time. The Huli Huli was ok. Tasted like teriyaki chicken. Everything came out within 5 minutes. I guess it was already prepared and not cooked to order. I wasn't impressed. Presentation was lacking. Food tasted fine. It wasn't anything extraordinary or different. It's not the type of flavors I was expecting or really craving like when I was in Hawaii. The restaurant was clean. Service was nice. Quick. It would be an inviting place in the summer with all the Hawaiian decor. Coming out on a winter day, it didn't feel Hawaiian-like.

Three other sets of customers came in while we waited. But was nice and peaceful. Food was fast. Order was two bacon cheeseburgers and one small fry. No drinks. Burgers were great, as always. Fries were fine, I prefer a fry that is crispy and these always are a little undercooked in my opinion. Also this was not a big deal to us but they did not toss extra fries in the bottom of the bag like they have in the past. Just the fries in the fry box. Again not an issue for us, we had just enough but don't expect extras. We will definitely be back. Love that you get to customize your burger. One of the best burgers IMO.

Came here last week and loved it! So much so we decided to go out of our way to stop in again…read moretoday. While the food was just as delicious as last week the restaurant was a MESS inside. The bathrooms were really dirty and the floors were greasy and brown. Unfortunately, the greasy floors trailed out into the main dining room and it was pretty much a greasy ice rink throughout the dining area. We mentioned to the front and they barely cared. Only put out a yellow wet floor sign. The floors were not wet, they were greasy and very dangerous. We had to wipe our feet when we left the restaurant before getting back in our car. The tables and benches were also not as clean like last week. Based on that I would never go in there again. If a restaurant staff does not care what their bathroom and dining areas look like, I'm afraid to know what the kitchen looked like!
