We were craving some dessert after our dinner and found ourselves at this DQ. The staff were so warm and inviting. There was only really one person workings the other came in later while we were there. It's December and I'm sure they aren't as busy as different months. Our ice cream came out just the way we ordered it. They have a "secret menu", posted which is great. They have taken many things that have gone viral and posted for all to see and choose from. They also have the mini cupcake cakes! I have not found them in many DQ spots until here. There is limited seating but, it was the perfect set up for us. Big bonus they have chocolate ice cream! Some locations do not have it. read more

Opening late when it's almost 100 degrees out is why me and the two people infront of me in line left instead of waiting for you to get the machine running. I went to McDonald's read more

Who doesn't love a nice winter's blizzard? Mint Oreo and Turtle Blizzards are my go-to's. The drive thru at this location is tight and tends to block traffic. They have a sign posted on the window that says this location does not participate in the blizzard flip promotion. I asked for brownies bites to be added which they forgot but the blizzard was still delicious without it. Prices were decent. A little over $9 for two small blizzards. read more

Dairy Queen Ltd Brazier - The only Blizzard I like in the winter - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Royersford, Pennsylvania

This is my local DQ that me & 3 kids often frequent for over 10yrs. Not once have we ever experienced a problem with anything. Always fast & delicious! read more

If I could give no stars I would after tonight's visit. It was less than lucky to find the first long hair in my blizzard this evening right after taking off my to go lid, but then to find a completely DIFFERENT HAIR in my blizzard not 1/4 inch away from the first was just pathetic. I'm used to service being hit or miss, but this just sucked. Maybe Santa will bring some hairnets for the employees stockings read more

Bunch young kids fooling around not taking care of the customers very bad service won't be back until they get proper management in there! And you can tell management doesn't care look at all the bad reviews on this place and still no change the manger keeps answering acting like they care but they don't I'm sure this place will be shut down soon read more

Is it possible to give a zero star review? Do not go here. In fact, this place needs to be reported to the dept of health. The counters where the workers prepared the ice cream were filthy from previous ice cream making. Ice cream was dripping from the main machine onto the floor. The sink was filled with utensils and equipment. There was a 5 gallon sized tub of cherries on the counter and the workers would just grab a spoon and pour cherries over a sundae. Any extra cherries would fall back into the big vat. Over and over. When leaving we walked around to the back of the building and saw multiple trash bags lined up, not in a trash can or dumpster, just thrown on the floor. The door was propped open and there was no screen or anything to prevent bugs or rodents from walking right in. We witnessed a younger employee making a hot meal and were immediately disgusted by the preparation techniques: no gloves, cross contamination from using the same utensil, and the "prep counter" was filled with scraps of food and debris from previous meals. It was awful. read more

So is this the best dairy Queen ever? No. But it's passible and for those of us in Royersford it is super convenient. The drive-thru is slow, there is actually a sign that says if you're going to order food after 7 p.m. please go inside. But the service is friendly and the ice cream is decent so I'm okay with it. Usually I just wind up getting my favorite chocolate dipped cone or getting the kids in the wife mini blizzards. for some reason they don't participate in the blizzard upside down or it's free promotion along with other things. I have no idea why, the management is a little strange from what I've observed. read more

If there was a zero star rating that's how I would rate this location. It is the worst ice cream ever. Not sure how the ice cream is mixed but it is NOT creamy. The ice cream is like eating air. Ewwww. read more

Run away this place is for the dogs ..... go to another dairy queen the ice cream is not good and they don't follow the other dairy queen sales read more

If you want to get the wrong order every visit, then look no further. I don't believe they've ever gotten my entire order right at this location. Last night they made my blizzard THREE times and still on the third attempt it was wrong. Nothing like paying $10 for two blizzards and both of them being wrong. Would not recommend this DQ, you're better off paying a little more to go to Bruster's. read more

I was so happy with my service last night at DQ. Me and my friends wanted to get ice cream late at night and ended up getting there 2 minutes before closing. Even though we were so close to when they closed the still served us with amazing ice cream. I go the new Salted caramel blondie, it was go good. All though I was sad that she didn't serve it to me upside do she was very pleasant even with us coming in so late. Thank You. :) read more

Worse drive thru ever. Waited 10 minutes just for someone to take our order than had to wait another 5 for our order. Waited 4 minutes till I got home to eat my cookie sundae only for the cookie to be rock hard. Will not be returning. read more

How sad that I break my diet - trying to beat the heat..wanted a blizzard. I got a cup of vanilla ice cream with a few pieces of cookie dough in a pile on top...that was it. I cannot believe the person there has no idea how to make a blizzard. Never EVER going back. Pitiful read more

Too-soft ice cream. Kids working don't pay attention to you and chat with each other. Bad ice cream. I like DQ, but not this one!

Wow, can't believe the poor reviews this place has received. This will be my 3rd straight Sunday visiting this location, and I think the place is pretty clean and ice cream is good! Staff could be a little friendlier, but I'm looking for good ice cream, not necessarily a new best friend. read more

Just wish they could realize people go through a drive through for quick service. Please management, hire more help! Waiting 10 minutes in a drive through is crazy. Luckily the people who eventually served us were very nice. read more

In general I love Dairy Queens. However this location consistently disappoints me. I've been there several times over the past couple of years and have experienced everything from the owner screaming at employees to poorly made blizzards. I gave it another shot tonight and after waiting over 15 minutes in line (there were only 2 overwhelmed employees working), the ice cream had a horrible metallicy after-taste. I threw all three of my family's ice cream out. Never again! I'll go the extra mile and enjoy the Dairy Queen in Trappe. read more

Worst dq i been to. Horrible service. Ate their ice cream and then went home and checked snap chat and saw that the girl that served me my ice cream was HANDLING LIVESTOCK while on the job. Disgusting. I honestly should sue. read more

I am a regular at this Dairy Queen. I come here 2 to 3 times a week and the workers have started recognizing me. I always come through the drive thru and am met with polite and speedy service. I can't believe this place has so many bad reviews because every experience I have here is a good one! read more

I have always been a big fan of Dairy Queen. I have visited this location several times. They offer ice cream at the drive thru for dogs. I recently ordered a cake online through them. It was ordered a week in advance and even received a confirmation email for my order. When we went to pick up the ordered cake for my son's 15th birthday we were told that it was no longer an option and they were not making it any more. I didn't get an email or a phone call to let me know the order couldn't be placed. This was a big disappointment since we had no cake for my son's party. The young girls at the counter called the manager or owner, whoever it was. They were instructed to give us 25% off a cake from their selection of cakes in the freezer. Big disappointment!! Bad customer service and not a care in the world to ruin a party because of their neglect. We will never give them out support again. read more

The ice cream was disgusting. I ordered a cookie dough blizzard, and it tasted like citrus fruit. It was so bad that I couldn't eat more than a few bites. They didn't even mix the topping all the way through the blizzard. Just some cookie dough on the top. I won't be returning. read more

Worst Drive through ever. Took 5min for someone to take my order and then I never got my blizzard. Waited for 9 minutes and then just left. I could see if it was busy but there were no cars in the parking lot. 2 people walked by the window and one was on her cell phone. I guess I shouldn't really except more from a Dairy Queen read more
