Graham Central Station is one of the most unique ice cream flavors I've ever had. The texture makes it inviting w/ ground bits of graham that produce a similar joy as to when you hit that patch of chocolate crumbs in the middle of an ice cream cake, except unlike other chains, Bruster's is generous! Ultimate Peanut Butter made with Oreos had shockingly large chunks of peanut butter. WHAT! A company that isn't using the smallest amount of mix-ins possible ?? Thin Mint- mint chocolate chip w/ Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies- I'm not mad at it! Even less appealing flavors won me over. Chocolate being my least fav ice cream, but Chocolate-Raspberry Truffle was an unexpected delight. Waffle cones were fresh. Staff friendly. And LOVE that you can buy pints & quarts to-go; when a flavor fave pops up in the rotation, I stock the freezer! Welp my kids were RIGHT! They raves about how great Bruster's was! I had a coupon fir 1 buy 1 get 1 waffle cone. So. . . That's what I did! I got the coconut almond and it was filled with tons of almonds- the coconut was rich, tropical and thick while the waffle cone was thin crispy and delicious! My friend chose peach Melba! Luscious peach ice cream w raspberry swirls of fruit. She lived it! The counter help in the afternoon of 8/2/19 was very friendly and prompt. Do not shop at this establishment. My husband went to get an banana split and a waffle cone. After placing his order at the intercom he decided to change the flavors of the ice cream for the banana split at the window. A worker by the name of Steve who made the waffle cone order got so mad while my husband was at the window he slammed the waffle cone in the trash and walked away. I while on the phone with my husband ask for the owner or corporate number to make a complaint. I was given the owner Sheila phone number and after calling her explaining to her what happened at her business she was extremely dismissive and unconcerned stating Steve does get a little overwhelmed at times. We decided to stop by here after shopping at the outlets. They didn't have any seasonal flavors listed. I was hoping to see caramel apple or something like that since it's September. I also saw something on the website about cookie flavors but didn't see anything like that on the menu either. We should have went to the location in Audubon they had the caramel apple and the triple chocolate Oreo cookie flavors. My husband also tried to pull up the Brusters app to get rewards points for our purchase. The girl at the counter said "oh that takes like 5 or 10 minutes. " My husband said nevermind then. It then came up after maybe 15 seconds and he asked if he could still use it. The girl at the counter coldly said "no, you can just use it next time." It couldn't have been that much trouble to put the points on there or cancel the order and redo it but she probably just didn't want to be bothered. So I ended up ordering cookie craze and black raspberry chocolate chunk in a waffle cone. The cookie tasted ok in the sample but in the actual cone it tasted kinda blah. The raspberry chocolate was ok but I got random frozen pieces in my ice cream. I don't know if it was supposed to be fruit or it was freezer burn. Also I just saw them post their flavors on Facebook and it says Oreo mudslide but they didn't have that flavor when I was there. It also says on Facebook they have additional flavors including cotton candy, espresso, birthday cake, etc. but no one mentioned that or posted it when we were there. I would have rather had one of those flavors. I was in the mood for something dark chocolaty but they didn't have anything. The waffle cone also tasted slightly stale. This ice cream place is honestly a hit or miss. I absolutely love their apple pie ice cream but it's not in season until next Fall. So, I got this birthday cake ice cream instead and it didn't hit the spot. It was melted and gooey. I just wish it was more frozen like ice cream should be. Pretty sure the ice creams we got were around $10 or more dollars total. The sundaes looked tempting, but they were expensive. I was actually torn between giving Brusters 4 or 5 stars. Not because of the ice cream. We love the ice cream! If it was by taste alone it is an easy 5 stars. They have great flavors and they even give you doggie sundaes if you come with a dog. The white chocolate raspberry truffle is amazing! The waffle cones are very good as well. Cons: They are always out of their special flavors. You drive by, see it advertised on the board and go there wanting it. Then they tell you they don't have it. Price. They are pricey. Ice cream itself is good, which is all of the 3 stars. Issue here is two. First, Guest is never greeted at speaker box. Often I wait so long at the speaker box without anyone talking I have to pull to the window. They always apologize and say the speaker isn't working, but it feels more like a process issue due to it happening so often. Second, it's rare the order is accurate. Sometimes I leave and don't receive one of the products I ordered other times the product is wrong. I would say something is wrong more often than things being 100% accurate. Lots of local ice cream places in the area, but the kids do enjoy coming here for a summer treat. Lots of cool and different flavors to choose from and the ice cream itself is pretty good. You'll find the usual offering in terms of cups, cones, mix-in's, etc. There is a drive thru or you can walk up to any number of windows to place your order. Outdoor seating around the parking lot is available, but no indoor seating. If you have little ones that like to run around, keep an eye on them to make sure they don't run into the parking lot. The place does tend to get crowded during the summer and although the workers do seem to be busting their butts to get the treats out the door (or windows in this case), I do find the lines to move a little slower than I like. I've also ordered an ice cream cake here for a coworker's birthday and that was a hit at the office. The process was easy as I was able to place the order over the phone and then pick-it up by going through the drive-thru. Their ice cream cakes are a mix of ice cream and actual cake. I would definitely order another ice cream cake from here again. All in all, a great place to grab a treat for you or the kids. read more

My wife and I were looking for a unique birthday party experience for our 6-year-old daughter. Surprisingly, we found it at Brusters in Limerick, PA! They take the kids inside their kitchen area, give them a tour, make ice cream, and decorate your kid's birthday cake. They had a blast. It made me think of Willy Wonka giving the kids a tour of his factory. They each got their own sundaes, a pint to bring home, and birthday ice cream cake. This location also features a party area with gigantic moon bounce, sand volleyball court, basketball hoop, and tents with picnic tables. The staff were extremely polite and respectful to us, and more importantly were very accommodating to the kids. Highly recommended.
