She handed me the three giftcards and I notified immediately one had in black Sharpie written on it $19.39. I notified the gal and she informed me "oh it's fine. Well know there's $10 on it" or something to that effect. Upon further review when I got back to the car, the second one has $5.04 written in sharpie on the back. One of the cards is very well used and has the PIN number already scratched off. It feels pretty tacky giving these away to someone I don't know very well. $19.39?? Just kidding, it's only $10.00. Now I gotta spend some time scrubbing those markings off. Just some feedback. This isn't very professional. If you're going to reuse, maybe clean them or don't write a prior users balance on it? How do I know the PIN number / card number isn't saved by someone else?

This is ONLY a five star review because of one employee. A few days ago we had a mobile order and…read morethey forgot several items. I had called to talk to the manager and he wrote down my name so that I could come in and get replacement items. When we went back in today, the first person just gave us three random burritos, which wasn't even what we ordered. So we were trying to get it corrected, and this other employee set aside what he was doing just to help us. I didn't get his name but I think he was blond and had earrings. He was so nice and so helpful! He personally made the order right after asking what we were missing, he wrote it down and made it all himself. That is what customer service should look like. He even said that it was on them (which I wasn't giving anyone a hard time at all- I've also worked in customer/food service so I know what it's like to be on the other side) but we really appreciated this one employee because he actually took the time to make it right. No one else there really seemed to care, but he did, and Taco Bell frequently either doesn't give us the right things, or is "out" of things, so it meant a lot that he actually put the time and effort into making us feel heard and making the order right. If this was simply about the first experience the other day or most other times, it wouldn't be five stars, but this employee definitely does his job well and is very good with people. He deserves a raise!

Everyone was happy with their meal. The portions were large, so three of us took to-go boxes. My only critique on the food is that the garlic bread was a thick hunk of toasted bread with a little butter but did not have any garlic flavor. The homemade croutons are made from the unused garlic bread and had a good flavor, so I'm not sure why the bread served with the meal was lacking in flavor. Perrett's is different from the usual Italian restaurant as it was surprising to see stroganoff soup and some Tex-Mex and Asian inspired dishes on the menu, but the food was good. I would eat here again and maybe try one of the tex-mex inspired dishes just to see what it's like.

We got there about 3ish, and it was busy but they had the food out quickly. Some of the chicken was a bit dry, so I just chose bits that were thicker and they were perfect. They do not have low sodium soy sauce, which is something I prefer, so I barely used any with the wasabi and ginger. Our waitress was attentive and had the food to us in a blink. The host seemed to be rehearsing for a part in The Walking Dead, both in mannerisms and voice. He grunted: "You", and then led us to our table, after an 8 min wait. Once seated, it took 9 mins for someone to greet us. He took our drink order and left. As our drinks arrived, our server arrived and finally took our order. My wife ordered the Singapore Noodles with curry sauce and a glass of wine while I got the Sweet and Sour Combination and an iced tea. The prices went up recently, so it all came to $44.24 plus tip. My soup arrived in one minute. I got Hot and Sour soup and it was hot, sour and spicy. I believe it was the best S&S soup I'd ever had! Rich, with meat shreds, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, decadent broth. If it wasn't our last day in Riverton, I would've ordered a couple more to keep in our AirBnB. After soup, our entrees took 7 mins to arrive. The Singapore Noodles were exceptional. There was plenty of food and the curry had just the right bite to make it all work in harmony. It had chicken, shrimp and beef. My Sweet and Sour Combo was also outstanding. It came with battered and fried pork, chicken and prawns. The sweet sauce was just so, setting off the oil of the Lo Mein noodles that accompanied the dish. Neither of us crossed the halfway point before pushing our plates forward. The dishes were very large. Obviously we caught them at a bad time, with the restaurant right on the car show route. The service lacked but the food was stellar. I highly recommend Chopstix.
