Consistently HORRIBLE service! I come to this dairy queen often because i really enjoy the food, but every time i leave feeling disappointed and angry. There seems to be a number of teenage boys working on the evening shift who seem to have no interest in even the slightest amount of customer service. I work in the food industry currently and have worked in fast food in the past, so i have a huge amount of sympathy for service workers. I make a point to tip, even when getting fast food. That being said, these boys are always rude and dismissive, extremely disinterested in their work, slow, and constantly hitting weed vapes in clear view of customers!!! I feel bad because every time i see another worker here, its very clear these boys are doing such a poor job that their coworkers are forced to work harder to compensate for them. Went to Dairy Queen specifically to try the cotton candy dipped cone. The ice cream was smooth and creamy - delicious as usual. The dip coating was a little chunky and thin. It was sort of pasty and tasted very artificial, but I guess that's to be expected with a candy type of coating. It's Quarantine season but these folks haven't quite mastered the pro status of drive-through/curbside. Person who took my order over the intercom was very confused when I asked a question about sauce and didn't speak/reply for probably about a minute. Probably the best DQ I've ever been to. I just crushed dodgeball for about 2.5 hrs and showed some little kids what's up at Dave and Busters on guitar hero. I really needed a place to fuel up. I decided to get fries, an Oreo blizzard, and chicken. The man behind the counter was sweet and got everything made quickly even though we hit him with a group of 9 people. 10/10 would come again. I was doing door dash for this location. The only place I've been to that provides no instructions about what to do at arrival. It was pouring rain on august 26th so I went through drive up thinking it wouldn't be a problem. However a taller, on the bigger side employee at the window decided it was okay to talk down on me for going through drive through. "For future reference you need to call the store first then go inside the lobby and grab the order from inside, no hold up my drive through line" I apologized and stated the app didn't give me instructions to which he responded "if you would have looked anywhere around the store you would see that you would need to call us first. All you have to do is READ" he has a serious attitude I didn't think it would be unreasonable to go through drive through considering it was raining hard. I have never been so disrespected, he talked to me like I was stupid and negligent. Fix your staff, and maybe consider adding directions to the door dash app. I can't believe how I was treated, and to top it off the order was 10 minutes late. Will never door dash this location again. I'd like to add that I do go here to eat lunch generally because my job is nearby but I do t think I'll be coming back as a customer either. read more

I don't like giving 1 star reviews but this place just earned it. We stopped in the drive through to get lunch on the way home, we were greeted by a welcoming voice. We had 2 kids in the car with us so I asked if we could have a moment to decide. That clearly upset the attendant as she became immediately unfriendly with us. After a moment I placed our order and drove up to the window, Bernice took our money without uttering a word and then she just left, like we didn't see her again. After a few minutes we saw our sandwiches put on the counter under a heat lamp and there they sat. We waited 10 minutes for someone to walk by so we could grab their attention but no one came. My wife pulled out her phone called the store to tell them we were still waiting, it just so happened Bernice answered the phone. My wife explained that we could see our food just sitting there, Bernice told her (in a clearly hostile tone) it wasn't ours and that they were still making one of our sandwiches. After a few more minutes a young man saw us still there so he loaded up the exact same sandwiches we had been watching and handed us the bag. We sat there for 15-20 minutes as the line grew behind us, all because we had the nerve to ask Bernice for a moment to decide on our food. On our way in, noticed two employees walking in from behind the dumpster. They passed us once we were inside and we were immediately hit with the wafting smell of marijuana. We had already ordered (inattententive cashier) and waited for my daughter's blizzard (only ordered one item). The restaurant was not busy but the person making the ice cream was going too fast, left the ice cream and the outside of the cup sloppy, and slammed it down on the counter without even letting us know our order was ready. Like I've stated in previous reviews, I really want to give places a second chance so I stopped in here for a quick bite to eat. It was a pleasant surprise. Service was quick and friendly this time around and my order of chicken strips with ranch sauce along with a side of cheese curds (yes, I'm addicted to these and the State Fair is still months away) and some marinara sauce to go with came hot and fresh in just a few minutes. The chicken strips were tender and moist not dry like my last visit. The cheese curds were okay though not as good as A&W's and not as superior as the State Fair's. I find fast food places like Dairy Queen even though they are known more for their ice cream and Blizzards, have more variety in their menu rather than McDonald's if you're looking to change things up a bit instead of the usual burger and fries. Hot dogs, onion rings, or cheese curds is something you would never find at McD's. read more

No, I was on the way to the party so obviously I couldn't wait another day. Against better judgement based on other reviews, I went here. I ordered 6ct chicken fingers with no one in the drive thru line. By the time I pulled to the window, the chicken fingers were "ready". I kindly checked the box and noticed they only gave me 4. I should've checked the quality right there on the spot. When I got homes, fries were already cold and stale (I live less than 10 minutes away) and chicken fingers clearly weren't made fresh either. They say there slogan is "Fan food, not fast food!" Well this is one customer that will kindly disagree. Here's a tip: I will gladly wait 3-5 minutes for you to drop fresh fries and chicken strips anyday. Goodbye forever. read more

I just gave this place a second chance after waiting almost 15 minutes for a blizzard the first time. Sadly this visit didn't turn out any better. Had to wait again. Plus, they were out of the Jurassic blizzard special that I wanted. AND as I was waiting by the counter I was afraid to stand in place for too long fearing that my shoes were going to be permanently stuck to the floor. The waits lately have been unbelievably god awful. Last visit was about a 30 minute wait and I've currently been sitting in line for at least 10min just waiting to order alone. Staff is always friendly and helpful, but these wait times in the drive through line have been too unbearable the last couple of visits. Car in front of me has been sitting at the order box for about 5 min without even ordering. Not sure if we hit a shift change at 5pm or not but they've got a line completely through the parking lot so it's gonna be a rough time for awhile. read more
